摘要
員工滿意度是員工對(duì)所從事工作各個(gè)方面滿意與否的一種態(tài)度和情感。員工滿意度的高低直接影響著員工的工作積極性和創(chuàng)造性。我國(guó)石油企業(yè)為國(guó)家的發(fā)展做出巨大的貢獻(xiàn),尤其是為石油開(kāi)采的一線員工的默默付出更是不可忽視的,但是一線員工的滿意度很少受到重視,由此形成一些使得一線員工滿意度低下的因素,造成對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的影響,關(guān)心一線員工的滿意度必須受到一定的重視。實(shí)踐證明,只有滿意的員工,才是有生產(chǎn)力的員工,才能保證企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
本文以某某采油廠的一線采油員工為研究對(duì)象,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外員工工作滿意度研究的相關(guān)理論,從企業(yè)人際關(guān)系、工作本身、工作回報(bào)、工作環(huán)境與企業(yè)文化五個(gè)維度來(lái)構(gòu)建員工工作滿意度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合訪談得到的回饋信息,得出某某采油廠一線員工滿意度低下的原因,最后結(jié)合研究的結(jié)論和石油企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,提出了石油企業(yè)員工滿意度管理的對(duì)策與建議,明確了石油企業(yè)對(duì)一線員工滿意度進(jìn)行有效的監(jiān)控和管理的方向和方法。

Abstract
Employee Satisfaction is the work of employees engaged in all aspects of an attitude or satisfaction and emotional. The level of employee satisfaction directly affects staff motivation and creativity. China's oil companies make a great contribution to the development of the country, Especially for oil exploration in the front line employees to pay more silence can not be ignored,The resulting low number of factors make the front-line employee satisfaction, resulting in production of company, so that care for the satisfaction of frontline employees must be some attention .Practice shows that only satisfied employees are productive employees is to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
In this paper, extend the oil field oil production plant &&&&& study first-line employees, learn from the study of job satisfaction theories, From the business relationships, the work itself, work rewards, work environment and corporate culture to build the five dimensions of job satisfaction eva luation index system. Through the analysis of the questionnaire, combined with interviews by the feedback information obtained under the Temple Bay oil production plant because of low first-line employee satisfaction, Finally, the findings and the actual situation of oil companies, oil companies put forward countermeasures and suggestions Employee Satisfaction, Clear the oil companies on employee job satisfaction effectively monitor and manage the direction and method.
