摘  要

高效率、高精度加工是數(shù)控機(jī)床加工最主要特點(diǎn)之一。利用數(shù)控機(jī)床加工,其產(chǎn)品加工的質(zhì)量一致性好,加工精度和效率均比普通機(jī)床高出很多,尤其在輪廓不規(guī)則、復(fù)雜的曲線或曲面、多工藝復(fù)合化加工和高精度要求的產(chǎn)品加工時(shí),其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是傳統(tǒng)機(jī)床所無(wú)法比擬的。
本課題對(duì)異性體、復(fù)雜的曲線、多工藝復(fù)合化加工進(jìn)行探索,設(shè)計(jì)出三種切實(shí)可行的工藝流程及工藝裝備。本文通過(guò)分析支承套的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和加工要求,制定了一套較合理的夾具設(shè)計(jì),從而為保證該零件的加工精度將提供一種經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的工藝裝備,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。通過(guò)對(duì)各種定位夾緊裝置的分析比較,選擇并組合了一套既能夠滿足加工要求的,又比較簡(jiǎn)潔的裝置,并對(duì)各工步進(jìn)行數(shù)控編程。

Abstract

High-efficiency and high accuracy's process is a number to control tool machine to process one of the most characteristicses.Make use of the number controls tool machine to process, its product process of quality consistency good, process accuracy and efficiency all a higher than common tool machine is a lot of, particularly at the outline irregular and complicated curve or the curved face, many the craft compound turn to process the product which requests with high accuracy to process, its advantage is a traditional tool machine to can't compare to.
This topic turns to process to carry on quest to the opposite sex body, complicated curve, many craft compound and design three kinds of practical viable craft processes and craft material.This text passes the analysis structure characteristics which accepts a set with process a request, drew up a set of more reasonable tongs design, thus for promise that process of spare parts accuracy will provide a kind of economic practical craft material and have certain practical value.Pass the analysis comparison to clip the tight device to various fixed position, choose and combined 1 set since can satisfy to process a request of, again more simple and direct device, and carry on to each work step number control plait distance.
