竹筍去殼機(jī)械的初步設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本課題涉及一種竹筍脫殼機(jī)，由支架、傳送帶、前滾輪、后滾輪、主滾輪架和主滾輪組成，支架為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，上面為一平面鋼板，前后滾輪固定在支架的兩端，后滾輪通過傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)由一電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)，傳送帶由橡膠材料制成，為封閉的環(huán)狀帶，緊套在前后滾輪和支架表面上，主滾輪架固定在支架表面上，其軸向與支架的軸向形成一個(gè)角度，主滾輪固定在主滾輪架上，主滾輪由橡膠材料制成，通過傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)由一電機(jī)帶動(dòng)。該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、投資成本低，可以連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)力，利于推廣。

Design of a bamboo shoot decorticator
Abstract: This model utility involves one kind of bamboo shoots decorticator. It after support, conveyer belt, hoop, the hoop, the host roller seat and the main hoop compose. The support is a steel structure, and a plane plate above. The front and latter hoops fix in both sides of support respectively. The latter hoop leads through the transmission system by an electric motor, which is seal endless and made by the rubber material, tight wrap in the around hoop and on support surface. The main roller seat fixes on the support surface, whose axial axial forms an angle with the support. The main hoop is made by the rubber material fixes on the main roller seat, and leads through the transmission system by an electrical machinery. This equipment structure is simple, the ease of operation, the cost of investment are low, might the continuous production, reduce the labor intensity, enhanced the labor productivity, favored the promotion.
