企業(yè)兼并的趨勢(shì)化研究

全球性的企業(yè)兼并浪潮方興未艾，隨著國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的步伐加快，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈，企業(yè)要在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中求得生存與發(fā)展，資本擴(kuò)張無(wú)疑十分必要.在快速的資本積聚中，企業(yè)兼并是一條可選擇的道路.在國(guó)際化的企業(yè)兼并趨勢(shì)下，我國(guó)原本就規(guī)模較小的企業(yè)更顯得份量不足.如何在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中站穩(wěn)腳跟，在國(guó)際分工合作中找準(zhǔn)自己的位置，是擺在我國(guó)理論界及企業(yè)界的一大課題。
本文第一章對(duì)論文的研究背景作了簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述。第二章對(duì)中國(guó)的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境作了分析，得出了資源整合的必要性。第三章以汽車企業(yè)行業(yè)為例，介紹了如何在國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際的資源整合這一趨勢(shì)下生存。第四章對(duì)本文的行文作了總結(jié)。

Abstract

Recent years saw a global upward surge of the merger, which resulted from
the necessity of capital expansion of the enterprises for surviving the severe
international, competition along with the integration of international economy. In
capital aggregation, merger is an alternative approach. In such an environment of international merger, small enterprises in our country seem inferior in size. So it is certainly an important topic of research department and enterprises to study how to enable Chinese enterprises to get a firm foothold in the severe international competition and to locate themselves in international division of labor.
Chapter One commented on the research’s background of the thesis. Chapter Two analyzed the macroeconomics environment and got the conclusion of the necessity of resources integration. Chapter Three introduced the possible channels how to survive in the trends of resources integration. The last Chapter summarized the thinks of the style and manner of writing.
