摘   要
在高爐冶煉生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，為了解決鐵水的運(yùn)輸及儲(chǔ)存問(wèn)題，鑄鐵機(jī)是將液態(tài)鐵水連續(xù)鑄造成鐵塊的設(shè)備。從結(jié)構(gòu)上看，它是一臺(tái)傾斜向上的裝有許多鐵模和鏈板的循環(huán)鏈帶，環(huán)繞著上下兩端的星形大齒輪運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，上端的星形大齒輪為傳動(dòng)輪，由電動(dòng)機(jī)傳動(dòng)，下端的星形大齒輪為導(dǎo)向輪，導(dǎo)向輪上安裝的軸承位置可以移動(dòng)，以便調(diào)節(jié)鏈帶的松緊度。按照滾輪的固定形式，鑄鐵機(jī)一般可分為滾輪固定式鑄鐵機(jī)和滾輪移動(dòng)式鑄鐵機(jī)。
本文在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外大量參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了鑄鐵機(jī)的工作原理及應(yīng)用，詳盡分析了鑄鐵機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)鑄鐵機(jī)的應(yīng)用前景和發(fā)展作了展望。

Abstract
In the blast furnace smelting process, in order to solve the problem of molten iron transport and storage of liquid iron, cast iron machine is a continuous cast iron equipment. Look from the structure, it is a tilt upward with a lot of iron and a chain plate cycle chain, surround the upper and lower ends of the star-shaped gear to rotate, the upper end of the star gear for driving wheel, a motor drive, the lower end of the star gear for guiding wheel, guide wheel is installed on the bearing position mobile, to adjust the belt tightness. In accordance with the roller fixed form, cast iron machine in general can be divided into fixed cast iron roller machine and wheel moving iron casting machine.
This article on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign references on the basis of cast iron machine, describes the work principle and the application, a detailed analysis of cast iron for the structure characteristics, and the cast iron machine application prospect and development foreground.
