摘 要
太陽(yáng)能熱泵系統(tǒng)是一種可以實(shí)現(xiàn)夏季制冷、冬季制熱并同時(shí)提供全年生活熱水的技術(shù),該技術(shù)由于最大限度地利用太陽(yáng)能光熱及空氣源低品位熱源,系統(tǒng)COP系數(shù)大幅度提高,解決了室外換熱器翅片冬季低溫條件下表面結(jié)霜問(wèn)題。此項(xiàng)技術(shù)可以將技術(shù)趨于成熟、商品化程度很高的熱泵節(jié)能技術(shù)與太陽(yáng)能熱利用技術(shù)有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái),彌補(bǔ)了兩者單獨(dú)工作時(shí)的不足,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、形式多樣、運(yùn)行可靠、節(jié)能明顯、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此,本文提出了一種新型的太陽(yáng)能冷熱暖三聯(lián)供熱泵機(jī)組,基于該機(jī)組的工作特點(diǎn),開發(fā)一套監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),用以實(shí)現(xiàn)上述三種工況的轉(zhuǎn)換,實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、顯示、存儲(chǔ)等。
首先,本文給出了新型太陽(yáng)能冷熱暖三聯(lián)供熱泵系統(tǒng)的組成和工作原理,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)與控制要求,設(shè)計(jì)了比較適宜的監(jiān)控方案,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要由人機(jī)界面、PLC、檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)組成。接著,詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的熱物理參數(shù)(溫度、壓力)的檢測(cè)原理與儀器選型方案,闡述了系統(tǒng)控制方案、壓縮機(jī)能量調(diào)節(jié)方案、人機(jī)界面和PLC的選型方案,最后對(duì)所選的觸摸屏和PLC進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的程序編寫。觸摸屏不僅用以實(shí)現(xiàn)工況選擇、溫度壓力的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)顯示、實(shí)時(shí)曲線顯示、歷史記錄等,而且作為監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的核心,分析判斷從系統(tǒng)中采集到的參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù),再將控制信號(hào)傳遞給PLC,由PLC驅(qū)動(dòng)各開關(guān)、設(shè)備執(zhí)行動(dòng)作,完成一套完整的控制路線。
本文采用和利時(shí)的可編程控制器PLC與昆侖通態(tài)MCGS組態(tài)軟件嵌入式觸摸屏構(gòu)建一套監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),對(duì)太陽(yáng)能冷熱暖三聯(lián)供熱泵系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行與實(shí)驗(yàn)監(jiān)測(cè)的結(jié)果表明該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)此熱泵機(jī)組的監(jiān)控效果良好,說(shuō)明監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,為本課題后續(xù)進(jìn)一步研究奠定了研究基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract
Solar assisted heat pump is a system that can not only be used as refrigeration and heating, but also supply with life heat water. Because of this technology makes use of solar energy and air heat source maximum, COP coefficient rises dramatically and solving the frost of surface of heat exchange fans in air oil pipe outdoors. This technology can combine heat pump energy-saving which is driving to mature and high commercial degree with solar energy. It offsets the shortage of both heat pump energy-saving and solar energy. And it has merit of compact configuration, multi-form, credible circulation, distinct energy-saving, long life and so on. So, in view of the above questions, this article put forward a new unit of solar assisted heat pump system with the function of cooling, heating and gaining hot water. This article aimed at the character of the system explores a set of monitored control system. The system can carry out three-operating mode switch and collection, show and memory of experiment data.
First, this article provides the composition and working principle of the system, then according to system’s monitored control and control request on the basis of operating principle of the system, presents monitor scheme. The control system is made up of human-machine interface, PLC and detection system. Then, the article introduces in detail the principle of thermophysical parameters (temperature, pressure) and the lectotype scheme of the instruments. And it also presents control scheme of the system, compressor’s energy regulation scheme, the lectotype scheme of human-machine interface and PLC. Finally, do the program of the touch screen and PLC. The touch screen not only realizes operating mode choose, setting value input, real-time digital display of temperature and pressure, real-time curve display, history record, but also analysis the data detected from the system then send the message to PLC, PLC drive each switch, equipment to execute action, this complete a set of complete control line.
This paper adopts HeLiShi PLC and KunLunTongTai MCGS software to construct a set of monitoring system to monitor the system of solar assisted heat pump system with cooling, heating and gaining hot water, According to the experiment results, the monitoring system design is rational and further research of this task can be established.
