摘 要
制造資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是企業(yè)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ),國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于制造計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)都有大量的研究,其中也不可避免的涉及到制造資源,但并沒有系統(tǒng)的、完整的闡述制造資源的分類及統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。本文研究的制造資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)旨在統(tǒng)計(jì)船舶制造企業(yè)自身資源的數(shù)量、生產(chǎn)能力,為企業(yè)計(jì)劃的編制提供現(xiàn)實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)支持,提高計(jì)劃的實(shí)施效率,使得企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)能力得到充分發(fā)揮、生產(chǎn)成本得到切實(shí)有效的控制,企業(yè)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)能夠編制及時(shí)、有效、可行的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,從而理順整個(gè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程,提高企業(yè)的信息化管理水平,適應(yīng)精益造船模式對(duì)精益求精的要求。據(jù)此,本文對(duì)船舶制造企業(yè)的制造資源進(jìn)行分類量化以及據(jù)此進(jìn)行計(jì)劃負(fù)荷進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容與成果包括:
(1)根據(jù)精益造船的要求,在闡述了以中間產(chǎn)品為導(dǎo)向的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理體系的內(nèi)容特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)屬性的分類量化以及實(shí)施的基礎(chǔ)理論成組技術(shù)及任務(wù)包的定義。
(2)以船體建造的生產(chǎn)階段為基礎(chǔ),闡述了制造資源的定義,分析各個(gè)不同制造階段所需要的主要制造資源。研究了不同制造資源的生產(chǎn)能力以及對(duì)其生產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行分類量化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。并詳細(xì)闡述了船舶制造資源的特點(diǎn):復(fù)雜性和不確定性。
(3)確立利用工時(shí)/物量的關(guān)系來確定人員的配置。對(duì)中間產(chǎn)品管理量進(jìn)行了描述,確立不同加工階段不同的管理量,以典型物量——焊接長(zhǎng)度、裝配長(zhǎng)度為例,結(jié)合背景船廠的實(shí)際,確定了工時(shí)的統(tǒng)計(jì)路徑和方法,使工時(shí)的統(tǒng)計(jì)更加細(xì)化,更便于管理,能詳細(xì)知道每個(gè)階段、每個(gè)產(chǎn)品、每個(gè)工位的工時(shí)情況。采用多項(xiàng)式回歸分析法結(jié)合MATLAB對(duì)幾種典型中間產(chǎn)品的工時(shí)/物量之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行擬合,并通過相互之間的關(guān)系,根據(jù)TRIBON提供的焊接長(zhǎng)度確定同一類型新船的工時(shí)并對(duì)不同的任務(wù)包所需要的工時(shí)進(jìn)行分配。
(4)詳細(xì)介紹了不同制造階段工序計(jì)劃的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容,建立制造資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的需求分析、概念設(shè)計(jì)的分析,最后以內(nèi)業(yè)階段零件加工為例,驗(yàn)證了該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的可行性,為該道工序的及時(shí)完成,為后道工序的生產(chǎn)提供了及時(shí)可靠的產(chǎn)品。
論文的研究對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)一些船廠在對(duì)制造資源進(jìn)行研究時(shí)有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)提高計(jì)劃的實(shí)施效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)時(shí)生產(chǎn)、縮短造船周期有一定的促進(jìn)作用。

Abstract
