液壓與氣動技術(shù)近年來在我國工業(yè)中得到日益廣泛的引用。 氣動技術(shù)由于具有傳動介質(zhì)來源方便,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、無污染以及易實現(xiàn)程序好自動控制等優(yōu)點。液壓傳動以其體積小力量大,運動平穩(wěn)、可頻繁換向、宜實現(xiàn)過載保護等優(yōu)點,使其在各廠的多種設(shè)備中有不同程度的應(yīng)用。縱觀液壓與氣動技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,近年來都有大幅度的發(fā)展。但距我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的形勢要求,與其他行業(yè)應(yīng)用情況相比發(fā)展是慢的、屬低水平的,還沒有充分發(fā)揮液壓與氣動技術(shù)在自動控制方面所具有的獨特優(yōu)點。例如:大量的液壓設(shè)備只是運用了液壓增力的原理,而忽視了其可頻繁換向、大范圍無級調(diào)速、與電氣、電子技術(shù)配合控制易實現(xiàn)自動化方面的特點。液壓與氣動元件是一種適應(yīng)性強、通用性大的基礎(chǔ)元件。它可跨行業(yè)地提供配件,所以如何選用元件是我們今后設(shè)計新設(shè)備、引進國外設(shè)備時應(yīng)注意到的問題。要努力使所選用的元件標準化、系列化。因為這直接關(guān)系到日后的維修質(zhì)量和工作效率,這個問題對于機械企業(yè)顯得尤為重要。
社會需求永遠是推動技術(shù)發(fā)展的動力,降低能耗,提高效率,適應(yīng)環(huán)保需求,機電一體化,高可靠性等是液壓氣動技術(shù)繼續(xù)努力的永恒目標,也是液壓氣動產(chǎn)品參與市場競爭是否取勝的關(guān)鍵。
由于氣液增壓技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用了高技術(shù)成果,如自動控制技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)、微電子技術(shù)、摩擦磨損技術(shù)、可靠性技術(shù)及新工藝和新材料,使傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)有了新的發(fā)展,也使氣液增壓系統(tǒng)和元件的質(zhì)量、水平有一定的提高。盡管如此,走向二十一世紀的氣液增壓技術(shù)不可能有驚人的技術(shù)突破,應(yīng)當主要靠現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的改進和擴展,不斷擴大其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域以滿足未來的要求。
研究一種以壓縮空氣作動力的數(shù)控銑床SY3513換刀缸,它由機械系統(tǒng)、檢測系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、以及能源供給系統(tǒng)四部分組成。機械系統(tǒng)由上蓋、活塞、活塞桿、氣-液連接蓋、壓桿、油缸體、連接座以及壓固螺絲幾個部分組成,并與數(shù)控銑床主軸用螺栓鏈接在一起,保持相對固定。檢測系統(tǒng)由行程開關(guān)組成,在其動作后,給換向閥一個反饋信號,從而實現(xiàn)電磁換向閥的換向??刂葡到y(tǒng)包括PLC、軟管、電磁換向閥等,電磁換向閥動作以及行程開關(guān)能夠反饋信號都由PLC控制。能源供給由氣源壓縮完成。其工作原理:以壓縮空氣為動力源,利用增壓氣缸初、次級活塞面積大小的比例將壓力提高幾十倍,使低氣壓轉(zhuǎn)換成高油壓作用在液壓缸的活塞上,瞬間產(chǎn)生強大的推力,實現(xiàn)機械裝置的動作。
SY3513換刀缸是結(jié)合是氣缸和油缸優(yōu)點而改進設(shè)計的,液壓油與壓縮空氣嚴格隔離,缸內(nèi)的活塞桿動作速度快,運行穩(wěn)定,缸體裝置簡單,出力調(diào)整容易,相同條件下可達到油壓機之高出力,能耗低,軟著陸不損零件,安裝容易,所占用的空間小,故障少無溫升之困擾,壽命長,噪聲小,重量輕等核心特性。換刀缸使用一般氣壓即能達成油壓缸之高出力,不需要液壓單元。

Because the gas-liquid booster technology is widely used in high-tech achievements, such as automatic control technology, computer technology and microelectronics technology, friction and wear technology, reliability technology, and new technology and new material, make the traditional technology with new development, also contentious liquid pressurization system and the quality of the components, level was improved. This paper studys CNC milling machine SY3513 tool change-cylinder, which is powered by compressed air, and consists of four parts- mechanical system, detection system, control system, as well as energy supply system. The mechanical system includes cover, piston, piston rod, body, strut, the fuel tank body, solid screws, and links CNC milling machine spindles with screw bolts. The detection system consists of a trip switch, in its action, it provides the valve with a feedback signal in order to achieve electromagnetic valve commutation. The control system includes PLC, hoses, solenoid valve, electromagnetic valve action and travel switch can both feedback signal, which is controlled by PLC. Energy supply comes from the compressed air. Its operational principle is as the following: powered by the compressed air, and with the primary and secondary piston size ratio of supercharged cylinder, pressures can be increased by a few times, and low pressure can be converted into high pressure, which has an effect on the Hydraulic cylinder piston, generates powerful thrust instantly, and completes the action of mechanical device.
SY3513 tool change-cylinder is an improved design, which combines the advantages of cylinder and fuel tank. Hydraulic oil and compressed air are kept in strict isolation; the cylinder piston rod moves quickly, operates stably; and the cylinder device is simple, easy to adjust, provides large power, and consumes low energy, lands softly without compromising the parts, easy to install, occupies little space, less failure without temperature rise trouble, long life, low noise, light weight, and other core features, like hydraulic machine, under the same conditions. The tool change cylinder can reach higher power like a hydraulic cylinder with general pressure, not hydraulic unit.
