JKM8318數(shù)控凸輪軸靠模磨床導(dǎo)軌設(shè)計
凸輪軸靠模磨床是一種高速凸輪軸磨床，其工作原理是利用靠模，與普通機床相比工作穩(wěn)定性好，操作維護簡單，自動化程度較高，這種凸輪軸磨床在國內(nèi)得到普遍應(yīng)用。JKM8318數(shù)控高速凸輪軸磨床是根據(jù)目前市場需要，在原簡易數(shù)控、三座標凸輪軸磨床基礎(chǔ)上改進開發(fā)出來的高速、高效數(shù)控凸輪軸磨床。采用CBN砂輪磨削，砂輪線速80-120米/秒，有機地將靠模與數(shù)控，雙循環(huán)磨削和CBN砂輪強力磨削兩種先進的磨削方式綜合，加工效率遠遠高于普通凸輪磨床，1-2倍工作，穩(wěn)定性好，操作維護簡單，自動化程度較高，在國內(nèi)具有領(lǐng)先地位，本機床主要適用于汽車、摩托車、內(nèi)燃機的凸輪軸粗加工和半精磨加工。數(shù)控凸輪軸靠模磨床導(dǎo)軌是在油腔通入一定壓強油，使導(dǎo)軌面形成有一定厚度的油膜來支撐的原
