河南省經濟增長與環(huán)境污染—基于EKC理論的實證研究（附開題報告）

摘　要

  本文在綜述國內外學者對環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線研究的基礎上，選取河南省1991—2010年的經濟與環(huán)境數據，建立了河南省經濟增長與主要污染物排放的計量模型，分析了經濟增長與環(huán)境指標之間的關系 。實證研究表明，河南省經濟增長與環(huán)境狀況之間并不存在典型的倒“U”曲線，工業(yè)廢氣和工業(yè)固廢處于倒“U”型的上升階段，工業(yè)廢水和工業(yè)煙塵表現(xiàn)為“N”型，工業(yè)二氧化硫呈現(xiàn)倒“U”型的波浪狀。河南省總體上處于工業(yè)化中期的加速發(fā)展階段，不斷加大環(huán)保投入，加強執(zhí)法力度，改變傳統(tǒng)經濟增長模式已刻不容緩。

Abstract
  Through reviewing the studies of the environmental Kuznets curve by both　domestic and foreign learners，this article selected the data of economic and environmental from 1991 to 2010 in Henan Province, and made a econometric model about the economic growth and emissions of major pollutants to analyze the relationship between economic growth and environmental indicators.The studies have shown that the typical inverted “U” curve did not respond the relationship between economic growth and environmental conditions in Henan Province. In fact, industrial emissions and industrial solid waste is in the place of the rising phase of the inverted "U" ,industrial waste water and industrial fumes expressed as "N" type, while the industrial sulfur dioxide,showing the inverted "U" wavy. In general ,Henan Province is in the moment of accelerated development of the industrialization. And in this degree , constantly increased input in environmental protection, strengthen law enforcement to change the traditional model of economic growth has become more and more essential.
