摘 要

出鏡記者是一個(gè)欄目、一個(gè)電視媒體的門面。因此，作為離新聞現(xiàn)場(chǎng)最近的出鏡記者，越來越多的受到人們的關(guān)注。出鏡記者不僅僅是在人們心目中留下“臉熟”的印象，更重要的是出鏡記者要體現(xiàn)出“我在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)”的責(zé)任，這就對(duì)出鏡記者有了更多的要求。無論是心理素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)還是新聞素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)都不能忽略，要做到全方位、多角度的挖掘，全面的提高自身的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。這樣才能夠成為一名稱職的出鏡記者。

Abstract

A reporter is a facade of a column or a television media. Therefor, as a reporter who is the nearest from the scene is paid more and more attention. A reporter not only leaves an impression of familiar face＂in people＂mind, but more important is that he should show the responsibility that I am on the spot. So this needs more requirements to the reporters.Regardless of psychological quality training or news literacy training, a reporter can not ignore some points: the excavation should be all-directional and multi angles, the occupation quality should be improve comprehensively. So a reporter can be qualified.
