摘 要

【摘要】本文主要內(nèi)容是強調(diào)民航發(fā)展過程中服務(wù)的重要性，從改革開放一直到現(xiàn)在，隨著百姓日常生活水平的提高，民航越來越多的成為居民消費熱點之一。在介紹了我國近年民航事業(yè)發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上，以服務(wù)入手進行了分析，并得出公眾對我國民航發(fā)展過程中表現(xiàn)出來的服務(wù)水平在不斷關(guān)注，對民航發(fā)展過程中遇到的安全、價格、服務(wù)等問題時，服務(wù)竟占70%，也就是說服務(wù)的優(yōu)劣直接影響乘客是否再次乘坐的念頭。雖然目前我國各航空公司對服務(wù)進行了針對性的加強提高，但對一些特殊事情的處理上，還不夠與國際接軌，這表明我國民航發(fā)展還需逐步健全，航空公司及空乘人員的服務(wù)相關(guān)性需逐步加強。從而在此條件成立的基礎(chǔ)上分析服務(wù)對我國民航發(fā)展的影響及對策，怎樣才能使企業(yè)在市場中突顯自己的優(yōu)勢。
