摘 要

【摘要】本文主要內(nèi)容是強(qiáng)調(diào)民航發(fā)展過(guò)程中服務(wù)的重要性，從改革開(kāi)放一直到現(xiàn)在，隨著百姓日常生活水平的提高，民航越來(lái)越多的成為居民消費(fèi)熱點(diǎn)之一。在介紹了我國(guó)近年民航事業(yè)發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上，以服務(wù)入手進(jìn)行了分析，并得出公眾對(duì)我國(guó)民航發(fā)展過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的服務(wù)水平在不斷關(guān)注，對(duì)民航發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的安全、價(jià)格、服務(wù)等問(wèn)題時(shí)，服務(wù)竟占70%，也就是說(shuō)服務(wù)的優(yōu)劣直接影響乘客是否再次乘坐的念頭。雖然目前我國(guó)各航空公司對(duì)服務(wù)進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)提高，但對(duì)一些特殊事情的處理上，還不夠與國(guó)際接軌，這表明我國(guó)民航發(fā)展還需逐步健全，航空公司及空乘人員的服務(wù)相關(guān)性需逐步加強(qiáng)。從而在此條件成立的基礎(chǔ)上分析服務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)民航發(fā)展的影響及對(duì)策，怎樣才能使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中突顯自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
