摘 要
進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息革命從根本上推動(dòng)了圖書館的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。計(jì)算機(jī)日益成為圖書館的主要設(shè)備。圖書館采用了各種自動(dòng)化集成了自己的內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。呈現(xiàn)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化、智能化和社會(huì)化的特征。高校圖書館不但是學(xué)校文獻(xiàn)信息中心，也是為教學(xué)和科研服務(wù)的教育學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)。高密度的信息儲(chǔ)存技術(shù),高速度的信息傳遞技術(shù)，高效率、高質(zhì)量的信息查詢技術(shù)。在變革了人們生產(chǎn)、收集、組織、傳遞和使用知識(shí)信息的方式的同時(shí)，也是信息服務(wù)的機(jī)制，結(jié)構(gòu)以及服務(wù)手段發(fā)生了巨大的變化，如何將一些先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)結(jié)合運(yùn)用到圖書館的管理和服務(wù)中，用這些技術(shù)來(lái)促進(jìn)日常工作，改變圖書館懂得傳統(tǒng)模式，致力于營(yíng)造以知識(shí)導(dǎo)航為服務(wù)觀念的發(fā)展環(huán)境，不再只局限于向讀者提供館藏文獻(xiàn)，還提供所有網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的可利用的文獻(xiàn)，協(xié)助教學(xué)和科研是該課題探索的意義。
鑒于以上情況反映,使得高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖書館的建立顯得刻不容緩,我們結(jié)合自己的實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)廣大讀者用戶,設(shè)計(jì)了這個(gè)基于用戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)版的圖書管理信息系統(tǒng).希望可以早日投入用行,從而為社會(huì)群體提供方便而經(jīng)濟(jì)的信息服務(wù)。



Abstract
Enter 21st century, Digitization, the process that networked information revolution has promoted the development of library fundamentally. The computer becomes capital equipment of the library day by day The library has adopted various kinds of automation to integrate one's own inside network environment. Demonstrate the networking , informationization , intelligent and socialized characteristic, University's library is not only a documentation&Info centre of the school, but also a academic organization of education that serves for teaching and scientific research. The information of the high density stores technology, the information transmission technology at a high speed, high-quality information inquiry technology with high efficiency. While improving people's production, collecting, organizing, transmitting and using information way of knowledge, it is a mechanism of information service too, Structure and service have changed enormously, how to combine some advanced information technologies in the management and service applied to the library, Promote the routine with the technology , change the library and understand the traditional mode, devoted to building and regarding navigating in knowledge as the development environment which serves the idea , no longer only confine to offering documents in storage to readers, Offer usable documents on all networks, help teaching and scientific research to be meanings in which this subject explores. Seeing that the above situation reflects , make the setting-up of the network library of the university seem very urgent, We combine one's own actual conditions , direct against the masses of reader's users, Hope that it is all right to put into and use as soon as possible , thus offer convenient economic information service for social groups.
