Abstract
Plastic injection blow molding machine in the industry has been widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics industries such as packaging bottle production, its application is closely related with our life, but also to promote national industrial development an important part. Plastic injection blow molding machine is a kind of plastic machinery and equipment, the injection molding process and injection molding machine is basically the same. At present, the domestic production of the injection molding machine for hydraulic type or electro-hydraulic hybrid type, hydraulic injection molding machine energy consumption, pollution and high preva lence, the disadvantage of low efficiency. All electric injection molding machine with its high efficiency, environmental protection, low energy consumption and high control accuracy, is becoming the mainstream in the development of injection molding machine. But our country in injection molding machine electric research has lagged far behind Japan and Euramerican wait for a developed country, all electric injection molding machine research to our country the development of plastic industry is becoming more and more important. So plastic injection blow molding machine all-electric research on plastic injection blow molding machine and injection molding machine development development of the whole industry has great significance.
This paper is based on Liuzhou City Jingye machinery limited company developed WIP-5O injection blowing machine for model to study plastic injection blow molding machine of the electric. The electric hydraulic system coming from the original work done by the servo motor to finish, in WIP-50electric transformation, increase3 servo motors: injection melt servo motor, servo motor and lifting opening-closing mould table servo motor, thus adding the original rotary table servo motor, after the transformation of the machine there are 4 sets of servo motor. Design of FX2N-128MT PLC by triangular, as the general controller. The master controller is mainly responsible for setting control parameters and target; display control results; machine coordination in every link of the action sequence.
