我國計算機軟件反盜版問題的研究

摘要：計算機軟件盜版問題依然是全球整個軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。本文主要剖析我國計算機軟件盜版問題，運用公共經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論分析軟件盜版現(xiàn)象，介紹了我國軟件保護法律歷程，反盜版，任重而道遠，應(yīng)從長計議，在全社會取得有效的版權(quán)宣傳教育成果，讓人們尊重知識，自覺抵制盜版，才是我國反盜版追求的最終目標(biāo)。

Abstract
The issue of pirate software is still an enormous challenge faced by the whole software industry in the world. This essay mainly analyses the phenomenon of pirate computer software and makes use of the public economics theories to analyze the reason of pirate software phenomenon. Introduced the software protect law course of our country. Anti pirate software is a heavy and important mission. There is still a long way to go. Our final target is to reach an effective achievement on the spreading of copyright in the whole society and let the public boycott he pirate software from its own heart.

對于軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)來說，盜版一直是一個沉重的話題。我們不得不承認，盡管反盜版的聲音越來越高，但盜版的確就存在于我們的前后左右，甚至就“隱身”于我們眼前的計算機中。反盜版是一個長期艱苦的過程。
