摘 要
本系統(tǒng)以單片機(jī)為核心設(shè)計(jì)了一種用于測量頻率、周期、脈寬、占空比、峰峰值的簡易信號(hào)測量儀，其中還可分辯正弦波與方波，利用單片機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算和控制功能，結(jié)合部分中規(guī)模數(shù)字電路，實(shí)現(xiàn)測量中的功能自動(dòng)切換。各項(xiàng)實(shí)測表明，設(shè)計(jì)原理正確合理，指標(biāo)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract
A simple signal instrument base on a microcontroller can measure frequency, period, pulse width , duty cycle and Vpp, and can differentiate sine wave from square wave .By taking full use of the microcontroller and by combining some middle scale IC, can switch automatically among different function. The test shown that the theory is correct and reasonable, and index satisfy the requirement of design.
