太陽能電池及其發(fā)電原理
  

摘要：隨著社會生產的發(fā)展，化石能源逐漸枯竭，新能源的開發(fā)迫在眉睫，其中太陽能作為一種清潔的能源，越來越收到人們的青睞。硅太陽電池是目前技術最成熟、應用最廣泛的太陽電池。本文介紹了太陽能電池的基本發(fā)電原理，以及 太陽能電池的電流-電壓特性、輸出功率、轉換效率，并對太陽能電池的發(fā)展進行了預測。

Solar cells and power generation principles

Abstract: With the development of social production, the fossil energy is depleting gradually so that it is urgent to develop the new energy sources , in which solar energy as a clean energy is increasingly received by people of all ages. Recently, silicon solar cell is the most mature one in skill and the most widely used solar cell. This article introduces the basic power generation principles of solar cell and the current-voltage characteristics , output power and efficiency of   solar cell.At the sane time,the development of solar cell is predicted.
