Solar cells and power generation principles
Abstract: With the development of social production, the fossil energy is depleting gradually so that it is urgent to develop the new energy sources , in which solar energy as a clean energy is increasingly received by people of all ages. Recently, silicon solar cell is the most mature one in skill and the most widely used solar cell. This article introduces the basic power generation principles of solar cell and the current-voltage characteristics , output power and efficiency of solar cell.At the sane time,the development of solar cell is predicted.
