利用保留值定性及歸一法定量測量正己烷、環(huán)己烷及甲苯溶液中各組分的含量

摘 要 本實驗利用保留值對正己烷、環(huán)己烷及甲苯進行了色譜定性，并用歸一化方法測得混合樣品中各組分的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為正己烷28.90%，環(huán)己烷35.82%，甲苯35.28%。本實驗的目的在于掌握氣相色譜中利用保留值定性和測定校正因子以進行歸一化定量的分析方法和特點。

Abstract In this paper, gas chromatography is used to make the qualitative analysis of hexane, cyclohexane and methylbenzene according to the retention value and determine the content of these components using the normalization method. The mixture contained 28.90% hexane, 35.82% cyclohexane and 35.28% methylbenzene. The purpose of this experiment is to learn the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis in gas chromatography.
