摘  要
工程施工是按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和相關(guān)文件的要求，在建設(shè)場(chǎng)地上將設(shè)計(jì)意圖付諸實(shí)現(xiàn)的測(cè)量、作業(yè)、檢驗(yàn)，形成工程實(shí)體建成最終產(chǎn)品的活動(dòng)。目前，我國(guó)建筑業(yè)得到了持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展，建筑施工技術(shù)和水平得到了不斷的發(fā)展，然而在建筑業(yè)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，建筑施工技術(shù)和水平得到不斷發(fā)展的同時(shí)，建筑工程施工也存在著一些問(wèn)題。本文指出了建筑工程施工中存在的一些問(wèn)題及對(duì)策建議，如建筑施工中的地基基礎(chǔ)施工存在的問(wèn)題，混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工存在的問(wèn)題等，找出并對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出有效的解決對(duì)策，才能更好的保證工程質(zhì)量和避免安全事故等的發(fā)生。

Abstract
Engineering construction is according to design diagram paper and relevant document of request, at construction place full general design intention pay realization of measure, homework, examination, formation the engineering entity build up the activity of end product.Currently, our country the building industry got to keep on fast of development, building construction technique and level got continuously of development, however in the building industry keep on fast development, building construction technique and level get continuously development of in the meantime, construction engineering construction also existence some problem.This text pointed out construction engineering under construction existence of some problem and counterplan suggestion, such as building under construction foundation foundation construction existence of problem, concrete structure construction existence of problem etc., find out combine to these problems put forward valid of solve a counterplan, then can be better assurance engineering quality with avoid safety trouble etc. of occurrence.
