摘  要
　　　本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)給部件主要零件。設(shè)計(jì)分為兩篇，第一篇為設(shè)計(jì)篇，分別對(duì)同步帶輪、電機(jī)、以及滾珠絲杠副進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。第二篇為加工工藝篇的分析。在第一篇中，主要針對(duì)主要零件的特點(diǎn)以及工藝要求，設(shè)計(jì)了帶輪。由于傳動(dòng)的精確性、平穩(wěn)性等要求，因此對(duì)帶輪的設(shè)計(jì)要求是特別高。而在數(shù)控機(jī)床當(dāng)中，滾珠絲杠可以說(shuō)是要求最高的一個(gè)零件，因此對(duì)它的精度設(shè)計(jì)最終對(duì)加工零件的影響是十分明顯的。因此不但設(shè)計(jì)要求高，而且對(duì)它的加工工藝也十分嚴(yán)格。而在這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中就是追求了這種嚴(yán)格性。隨著科技的發(fā)展，數(shù)控機(jī)床將在加工領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。

Abstract
　　This graduation design primarily design the numerical control machine main spare parts of parts.It includes tow parts,one of which is for design.The moving of synchronous,electrical engineering of bead silk of the design calculation .Article 2 is to process the craft article,difference right synchronously took a process to proceeds to process the craft’s analysis.At the first part,it primarily aims at the characteristics and craft request of the main spare parts and the designe to take the round.Becauae of the request spreading dynamic ofaccuracy,steady...etc,yt requests the round’s high design to it’s accurate.But in terms of the numerical control machine,it may request a spare parts of the highest,because it is the very apparently of its influence process spare parts after all.So that it is not only to request high design,but also to its process the craft strict.However,at this graduation design,it pursued this kind ofstrict.Along with the technology’s development,numerical control machine will play a very important part in the realm of process.
