塑料水杯模具的研制

[摘  要]
本設(shè)計(jì)為塑料水杯模具制作設(shè)計(jì)，它系統(tǒng)的介紹了塑料水杯模具中的各個(gè)零部件的加工工藝過程及整套模具的裝配和使用。其中，涉及到注射機(jī)各種參數(shù)的選取、零部件的加工方法、注射模的結(jié)構(gòu)及相關(guān)的計(jì)算問題、特種加工工藝及塑料的回收和利用等方面內(nèi)容。在該模具設(shè)計(jì)中，利用計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖軟件繪制了零件圖和裝配圖，以及制定了機(jī)械加工工藝過程卡。
本設(shè)計(jì)在保證加工質(zhì)量的前提下，盡量做到在提高生產(chǎn)率的同時(shí)把生產(chǎn)成本降到最低。

Researches to molding tools of the plastics cup product

【 Abstract 】
This design is “Researches to molding tools of the plastics cup product”, it systematically introduced the process and the assemble and use of the whole set of mold of every components about plastics cup. In which, it involved injection machine’s choice of parameter、the process of components、the structural and related calculation of injection mold、the process of special manufacture and the recall and utilize of plastic and so on. During the design, it makes use of the computer to draw the part drawing and assembly drawing, and establishes the machining process card.
This design , under guaranteeing the prerequisite of processing quality, as far as possible to fall the production cost to minimum at the same time raising the productivity.
