摘要
進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，伴隨著新一輪技術(shù)浪潮的興起，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的趨勢(shì)日趨明顯，地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不但依賴于區(qū)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展條件，還需要區(qū)域間的協(xié)調(diào)合作、共贏發(fā)展。寧波市改革開放20余年以來(lái)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明，立足以為上海為龍頭的長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，充分利用區(qū)域內(nèi)各方面優(yōu)勢(shì)資源，依托于相對(duì)便捷的綜合運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)，是寧波市發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。在我國(guó)進(jìn)入WTO，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)發(fā)生新變化的背景下，建立一個(gè)外接國(guó)際、內(nèi)連國(guó)內(nèi)，適應(yīng)寧波經(jīng)濟(jì)參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)體系，成為寧波市全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵所在。
同時(shí)，另一方面，作為社會(huì)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行、人們生活質(zhì)量保證的載體的綜合運(yùn)輸體系，在改革開放的背景下，面臨著諸多重大的挑戰(zhàn)和抉擇。在此環(huán)境下，需要積極的探索和研究寧波市綜合運(yùn)輸體系建設(shè)與發(fā)展對(duì)策。
寧波市正處于城市化進(jìn)程快速發(fā)展時(shí)期，與其息息相關(guān)的運(yùn)輸已經(jīng)成為制約寧波市發(fā)展的重要因素之一。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綜合運(yùn)輸理論的研究，再結(jié)合寧波市的具體情況通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出了寧波市的公路、水路、鐵路、管道、航空五種運(yùn)輸方式的特點(diǎn)、存在的問(wèn)題，最后針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了合理的建議。

Abstract
Entering 21st century, with the rise of one new round of technological tides, the trends of economic globalization, integration of regional economics are becoming more obvious, the development of the regional economy not only depends on the economic development advantage in the district, also needs coordination among the areas, turn together to develop. The 20years’reform and opening-up experience of Ningbo indicate that: relying on position advantage of around the area of Shanghai, around the East Sea,fully utilize the superior resources of various fields in the area, rely on the relatively convenient comprehensive transport network, it is an important advantage of development of Ningbo, under the background of entering WTO and the economic development trend changes newly, how to set up outer world interconnect it at home, meet the comprehensive transportation service system of participating in international competition of the economy of Ningbo, become key point that Ningbo builds the well-off society, realizes the strategic objective in an all-round way.
By the time, on the other side, the intermodal transportation system-as the carrier guaranteed of social development, economical operation, people's life quality, under the background of reform and opening-up,facing a great deal of great challenges and choose. Under the environment of this, need positive exploration and study the construction and development of intermodal transportation system in Ningbo.
Ningbo is in her urbanization processes mushroom period, transportation bound up with its development,but the development can’t catch up with urbanization processes,so transportantion has become a disorder to urbanization.This article show the characteristic of five mode of transport which including the road, waterway transportation,the railway, pipeline transportation, air transportation,and the problem of five mode of transport,at last make a respond to these problem.
