立式鉆床電氣系統(tǒng)改造
摘要
這篇論文作者主要針對現(xiàn)代制造行業(yè)的發(fā)展,對機床更多更高的要求、實現(xiàn)更快更有效的生產(chǎn),為增加機床加工適應(yīng)性和精確性制造,而做出對機床主軸電機、銑頭電機和升降電機驅(qū)動部分的改造設(shè)計。隨著社會的進(jìn)步,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越迅速,各種先進(jìn)的電氣控制元件普遍運用于各類制造工業(yè)。而在對主要生產(chǎn)的各類軸承的企業(yè)來說更是對產(chǎn)品的精度要求嚴(yán)格,特別是在近年來風(fēng)電行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,風(fēng)電軸承的市場需求量越來越大,各個風(fēng)電軸承制造企業(yè)更是競爭激烈,以質(zhì)量求發(fā)展,以精度求生存的道理風(fēng)靡全球!
此篇論文作者主要改造的是機床主軸電機、銑頭電機和升降電機驅(qū)動部分。將銑頭電機和升降電機的驅(qū)動由原來的繼電器驅(qū)動改為更為精確、方便、安全、節(jié)能的變頻器驅(qū)動。將主軸電機由步進(jìn)電機改為私服電機,驅(qū)動部分也由繼電器驅(qū)動改為私服驅(qū)動,以達(dá)到更為精確的控制,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。控制部分由以前的全按鈕控制改為觸摸屏控制,以減少控制線路,同時也可減少機床的電氣故障率,提高生產(chǎn)效率。設(shè)計圖為兩張加工流程圖、兩張原理圖,一張互聯(lián)圖,一張布置圖。

Summary
This paper aimed at the modern manufacturing industry on the development of more higher demands on the machine, to achieve faster and more efficient production, to increase the adaptability and precision machine tool manufacturing, and make of the spindle motor, milling head motor and lift motor drive part of the transformation of the design. Along with social progress, the development of the manufacturing sector growing rapidly, a variety of advanced electrical control components generally used in various manufacturing industries. In the major production companies for various types of bearing products, precision is more demanding, especially in recent years, the rapid development of wind power industry, wind power bearing an increasing market demand, the various wind power bearing manufacturers more competitive, to the quality development to the accuracy of the truth survival rage!
Major transformation of this thesis is to spindle motors, lift motors and motor drive milling head part. The milling head drive motor and lift motor from the relay driver to be more precise, convenient, safe, energy-saving inverter drives.
