摘 要
本文介紹的是一種基于DSP TMS320LF2407A 芯片的雙極性可逆PWM直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)數(shù)字控制的設(shè)計。用一臺200W的直流電動機(jī),DSP構(gòu)成的數(shù)字化直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計是在對控制對象全面回顧總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,重點對控制部分展開設(shè)計,它包括對實現(xiàn)控制所需要的硬件和軟件環(huán)境的探討,控制策略和控制算法的探討等內(nèi)容。在硬件方面充分利用數(shù)字信號處理器外設(shè)接口豐富,運(yùn)算速度快的特點,采取軟件和硬件相結(jié)合的措施,實現(xiàn)對轉(zhuǎn)速、電流雙閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的控制。特點是用DSP取代模擬觸發(fā)器、電流調(diào)節(jié)器、速度調(diào)節(jié)器及邏輯切換等硬件設(shè)備。最后進(jìn)行軟件編程。本數(shù)字化直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了電流和轉(zhuǎn)速雙閉環(huán)的恒速調(diào)節(jié),并具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,控制精度高,成本低,易推廣等特點,而且各項性能指標(biāo)優(yōu)于模擬直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng),從而能夠?qū)嶋H的應(yīng)用到生產(chǎn)生活中,滿足現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)的需要。

ABSTRACT
This paper introduces a kind of conception about the bipolar invertibility PWM DC adjust speed system digit control, which is based on DSP TMS329LF2407A control chip. Here is a digital DC speed control system composed by 200W DC motor and DSP computer, Based on the overall review of control object, the emphasis is put on the part of control system, which includes the discussion of hardware selection and software environment, control policy and algorithm, etc. It filly utilizes the advantage of DSP that are abundant interface and fast speed. It has the characteristic that the analog trigger, current regulator, rotation regulator, logical handoff and other devices were replaced by DSP computer; and finally put through the software programmer and testing. As a result,the digital DC speed control system realized the constant speed adjustability of the double closed-loop of electric current. This system also has the specialties such as simple structure, high control accuracy, low cost and easiness to be spread. In addition, its entire performance index is better than analog DC speed control system. As a result, the digital DC speed control system could be applied into production and ordinary life to satisfy the needs of modern manufacture.
