摘 要
隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)物質(zhì)生活的追求也越來(lái)越高,汽車已逐漸走進(jìn)了人們的生活。然而各大城市近年來(lái)人口越來(lái)越密集,人均占有土地面積也急劇減少,特別是目前的一些小區(qū),私家車越來(lái)越多,再加上小區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)商設(shè)計(jì)的停車位有限,致使停車成為又一難題。
立體停車庫(kù)因占地面積少,采取多層存放,能夠充分利用立體空間,由于立體停車庫(kù)大幅度提高了存車空間的利用率,所以建造立體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)停車庫(kù)可能就是解決停車位不足的可靠的途徑之一。
本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了各類立體停車庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),和立體車庫(kù)的發(fā)展概況,并對(duì)立體停車庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的說(shuō)明。本文以兩層升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)介紹了立體車庫(kù)升降系統(tǒng)和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
升降系統(tǒng)包括卷筒纏繞鋼絲繩牽引載車臺(tái)的升降,傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)包括以電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力源,通過(guò)減速器,然后經(jīng)過(guò)鏈輪傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)卷筒,使鋼絲繩在其纏繞。
設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容包括升降系統(tǒng)和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),材料的選擇,制造方法。其中包括升降載車臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì),鋼絲繩、滾筒、電動(dòng)機(jī)和減速器的選擇和校核,以及電動(dòng)機(jī)與滾筒之間鏈傳動(dòng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)等。
通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì),可以得出一套結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,經(jīng)濟(jì)適用的立體車庫(kù),以有效的解決目前遇到的停車難的問(wèn)題。
Abstract
With the rapid socio-economic development, people's material life, the pursuit of increasingly high, car has gradually entered the people's lives. However, in recent years, increasing population density in major cities, per capita land area has decreased sharply, especially in some of the current cell, an increasing number of private cars, coupled with residential developers to design the limited parking spaces, resulting in a further parking a problem.
Parking area for less, a multi-tier storage, can make full use of three-dimensional space, because parking has substantially increased the deposit car space utilization, so three-dimensional steel construction garage parking spaces may be inadequate to solve the reliable one of the ways.
This paper introduces the various types of parking structures and characteristics, and overview the development of parking, and parking design elements were briefly. In this paper, a two-tier parking lifting and transferring object of study, focuses on parking lifting mechanism and drive system design.
Lifting system including the traction rope reel winding down of loading stations, transmission system including the motor as power source, through the reducer, and then driven through the roller chain drive is in its winding rope. Design highlights include the lifting system and the transmission of structural design, material selection, manufacturing methods. These include lifting the design of loading platform, rope, rollers, motor and reducer selection and verification, as well as motor and roller chain drive between the detailed design.
By design, we can draw a set of compact, affordable stereo garage, in order to effectively solve the difficult problem encountered in parking.
