本文結合目前電子商務發(fā)展的形式,特別是電子商務網站的現狀,分析了目前網站成功以及贏利的因素,同時也分析了目前企業(yè)建立電子商務網站還存在的問題,提出了做好網站規(guī)劃和設計是一個電子商務成功的關鍵,要把網站的規(guī)劃和設計放在頭等重要的位置。
針對目前電子商務網站還存在的問題,本文對如何進行系統(tǒng)的網站規(guī)劃做了闡述,提出做好網站規(guī)劃要心中有目標,分析要系統(tǒng)全面,指定方案要有條理更要合理。之后,闡述了網站內容設計,網站維護與推廣的內容作為補充,也可以視作是規(guī)劃書的完整化。
本文把管理學理論和網站建設結合是一個較新的觀點,實際上網站建設本身很多地方都能運用到管理學的知識,管理學本來就是前人總結的做好一件事的原理,它會推動我們的網站建設走向更優(yōu)化。

Abstract
This article is about how to set up a successful commercial website. After an analysis of the e-commerce’s situation and developing condition today, it puts out website’s successful or profitable factors at present and also puts out the problems that exist in today’s commercial websites, which have much to do with the programming of websites. This article then explains the programming is the most important step in setting up a website.
As for the problems existing, this article gives a complete discussion on how to do a good website programming. It explains that in order to do a good programming clear aims, complete analyses and reasonable and orderly schemes are all needed. Then the article takes contents’ design, website’s maintenance and updating and website’s popularization as complements, which can also be considered as parts that integrate the programming book.
It is a new concept that making good use of management theory in setting up websites. In fact, management theories as popular scientific theories can work in many situations including setting up commercial websites and they can make our websites go to optimization gradually.
