論我國證券報道的發(fā)展

　　
　?。壅∫萆蟼€世紀90年代后，我國在上海、深圳相繼成立了兩家證券交易所，開始公開發(fā)行股票。證券市場隨著我國社會主義市場經濟的不斷完善而飛速發(fā)展，證券活動正日益滲透到人民的生活中。證券報道在傳遞證券市場信息時對受眾的投資行為起著舉足輕重的作用，它已成為人民每天的“精神食糧”。為此證券報道的發(fā)展前景成為各行各業(yè)所關注的焦點。當前，我國證券報道的選材不當、深度不夠、報道證券信息不準確，不及時、誤導投資者等現(xiàn)狀已不能適應證券市場的發(fā)展需求，本文通過分析我國證券報道的現(xiàn)狀，提出應對的措施，總結經驗，勇于創(chuàng)新，為我國證券報道的發(fā)展提供一個借鑒。

　　　　The prospect of securities report in china
　　　

　　　Abstract: After 1990’s, two Stock Exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen were established respectively and began to issue. Stock Exchanges develop rapidly with the continuously improvement of market economy of socialism in our country. Securities’ activities have been coming into people’s life. Securities report plays an important role in the Stock Exchanges’ information transmitting to the investment behaviour of public and it has become people’s daily “spiritual food”. Thus , the  prospect of securities report in china becomes the spotlight of every walk of life. At present, securities report in our country can’t select material appropriately and profoundly. Besides, the information about securities can’t be accurately reported in time and has the status of misleading. All these can’t adapt to the development demand of Stock Exchanges. So my thesis here is to try to put forward relevant measures , sum up experience and make bold innovation so as to offer a reference for our securities report’s development.
