承包商建筑工程項目施工風(fēng)險控制



      摘要：建筑工程項目施工由于受多種不確定性事件的影響而存在的各種潛在風(fēng)險,準確識別和正確評估這些風(fēng)險影響的大小,提前做好防范風(fēng)險預(yù)案,對順利完成項目施工任務(wù)具有重要意義。本文就建筑工程項目施工中存在的風(fēng)險進行探討并對其分類、識別和分析控制提出建議,對提高工程施工階段風(fēng)險評估研究有一定的理論借鑒意義。

   Abstract: As affected by a variety of effects of uncertain events, Construction work of the project includes different kinds of potential risks. Accurate identification and assessment of the size of these risks effect are significant for the successful completion of the project . This article mainly explores the risks that exist in the process of construction and makes recommendations on its classification, identification and analysis of the control, which has a certain amount of theoretical significance for the improvement of the theory of risk assessment in process of construction.
