摘  要
   本文主要是對新建企業(yè)總平面布局及機(jī)加車間進(jìn)行仿真研究,以達(dá)到工廠的合理布置和機(jī)加車間高效運(yùn)行的目的。課題的基本設(shè)計(jì)在工廠布局方面采用了系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)的方法,是一種以作業(yè)單位物流與非物流的相互關(guān)系分析為主線的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法,根據(jù)最終的綜合物流相關(guān)表繪制位置和面積相關(guān)圖。機(jī)加車間仿真方面是基于Flexsim軟件進(jìn)行建模,運(yùn)用排序聚類分析法對機(jī)加車間零件的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行分組,分組后按照U型布置,通過設(shè)置產(chǎn)品的間隔到達(dá)時(shí)間和數(shù)量,端口的流向進(jìn)行仿真,優(yōu)化。通過設(shè)計(jì)后,以綜合物流相關(guān)表為依據(jù),對工廠的10個(gè)作業(yè)單位進(jìn)行了合理布局,減少了物流搬運(yùn)等問題。仿真通過對Source,暫存和機(jī)床加工時(shí)間的設(shè)置,進(jìn)行仿真分析,雖然在既滿足生產(chǎn)能力而又要保證機(jī)床利用率方面存在一定交叉問題,但經(jīng)過仿真多次運(yùn)行后,可以最大程度提高機(jī)床的利用率,獲得最佳的經(jīng)濟(jì)和和會(huì)效益,所以無論是SLP,還是Flexsim在工廠布局和仿真方面都值得使用。

    Abstract
   This article is total new plant and machine shop layout simulation study, in order to achieve a reasonable layout of factory and machine shop the purpose of efficient operation. The basic design issues in the plant layout design using the system layout (SLP) method is a kind of operating units and non-logistics logistics analysis of the relationship between the main line of the planning and design methods, according to the final table of the integrated logistics related to the location and mapping area correlation diagram. Aspects of machine shop simulation model based on Flexsim software, the use of sorting classification of parts of the production machine shop group, grouped according to U-shaped layout, the product of the interval by setting the arrival time and number of ports of the flow simulation, optimization. By design, an integrated logistics and related tables based on the plant's 10 operating units of the rational distribution, reducing the material handling and other issues. Simulation by Source, temporary and machining time settings, the simulation analysis, although both have to meet the production capacity and utilization to ensure that there are certain cross-machine problem, but after running the simulation many times, you can maximize machine utilization, the best and will benefit the economy and, so it is SLP, or Flexsim in factory layout and simulation are worth using.
