摘要
　　　山西是我國(guó)最大的也是最重要的煤炭能源生產(chǎn)基地，而煤炭事業(yè)發(fā)展的核心就是企業(yè)內(nèi)部和外部物流活動(dòng)的最優(yōu)化。物流活動(dòng)貫穿著煤炭事業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)的整個(gè)過程。隨著中國(guó)新能源技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，化石能源的使用也慢慢變得緊張起來(lái)，造成了煤炭企業(yè)也在不斷地更替，因此煤炭型企業(yè)需要不斷地改革。特別是對(duì)于小型企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，集中核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，將非核心型的業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)交給專業(yè)性的第三方，會(huì)給企業(yè)帶來(lái)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。要使得煤炭發(fā)展起來(lái)，關(guān)鍵在于物流運(yùn)輸。所以研究煤炭物流將會(huì)對(duì)山西煤炭型企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到重要作用。
　　　本文通過研究煤炭物流及其特征和煤炭物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合了山西省福瑞達(dá)商貿(mào)有限公司的實(shí)際物流狀況，以煤炭的儲(chǔ)存、各設(shè)備的布局和選煤的過程為研究對(duì)象，通過對(duì)山西省福瑞達(dá)商貿(mào)有限公司內(nèi)外環(huán)境的分析，以及選煤廠各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的合理布局。使得公司在煤炭物流業(yè)務(wù)上更合理化，最大限度的節(jié)約公司的成本，為提高公司的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及增大企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有很大的意義。
　　　通過論文提出的物流發(fā)展方案及對(duì)策希望為公司在物流方面的發(fā)展提供合理的建議，從而提高公司的生產(chǎn)效率。

Abstract
　　　ShanXi Province is China’s largest and most important coal energy production base. and the development of coal is the core enterprise internal and external logistics activity optimization. The logistics activity throughout the cause of coal in the whole process of the production and management, especially for small companies to focus on core competitive ability is the key, the coal enterprise core competitive ability is for long-term stability of the competitive advantage based, core competitive ability once forms, it become enterprise advantage of sustainable development. With China’s new energy technology advances, fossil energy use also slowly become nervous. So the coal enterprise is in constant change, so the coal enterprise to should vigorously for reform, so the coal logistics will be of ShanXi coal logistics development plays a promoting role.
　　　This article through studies of FuRuiDa business trade limited company in ShanXi province of coal logistics, combined with the FuRuiDa business trade limited company in ShanXi province of the actual situation, of the coal as the logistics, storage, the equipment layout and the process of coal as the research object, by FuRuiDa business trade limited company in ShanXi province, and the analysis of the internal and external environment of coal each link reasonable layout. Allow companies in coal logistics business more reasonable, maximum limit the cost of saving the company, in order to improve the company’s economic benefit and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market has great significance.
　　　Through the proposed logistics development plan and the countermeasures of the hope for the development of logistics companies more reasonable, so as to improve the company’s economic efficiency.
