初治涂陽(yáng)肺結(jié)核患者化療2個(gè)月末痰涂片結(jié)果分析

　　【摘要】 目的 分析探討鹽都區(qū)實(shí)施結(jié)核病控制項(xiàng)目中影響初治涂陽(yáng)肺結(jié)核治療2個(gè)月末痰菌未轉(zhuǎn)陰的因素。方法 對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施9年間治管的1820例初治涂陽(yáng)肺結(jié)核，根據(jù)化療2個(gè)月末痰檢結(jié)果分為轉(zhuǎn)陰組與未轉(zhuǎn)陰組，回顧分析比較兩組的臨床資料。結(jié)果 統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)結(jié)果顯示，轉(zhuǎn)陰組與未轉(zhuǎn)陰組之間的年齡、就診延誤、病灶范圍≥3個(gè)肺野，肺部合并空洞和（或）慢性阻塞性肺疾病、合并糖尿病、痰涂片≥3+等變量有顯著性差異。結(jié)論 結(jié)核病控制工作需強(qiáng)化健康教育，重視對(duì)肺部有合并癥、合并糖尿病的治療。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the reasons of the smear positive result at the end of 2th months of treatment of new smear positive Tuberculosis Control Project in YanDu.Methods 1820 new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the initial stage of the project,were divided into smear negative groups and smear positive groups according to the results of sputum test at the end of 2th months of treatment,and the clinical data of the two groups had been analysed retrospectively.Results The statistics results、showed,patients’ delay,focus scope ≥3 pulmonary field,accompanied with cavities in lungs and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or with diabetes,sputum smear ≥3+ were significantly different between the negative and the positive groups.Conclusion The health education need to be enhanced for tuberculosis control,and it is important to pay great attention to the patients with cavities in lungs,or with diabetes.
