普通帶式輸送機(jī)只能水平運(yùn)輸,但是由于地質(zhì)條件的限制,需要帶式輸送機(jī)能夠轉(zhuǎn)彎運(yùn)行針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,對(duì)平面轉(zhuǎn)彎理論進(jìn)行了研究,以SDJ-150型帶式輸送機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),本設(shè)計(jì)采用使托輥具有安裝支撐角和構(gòu)成內(nèi)曲線抬高角措施,并對(duì)過(guò)渡段和轉(zhuǎn)彎段進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì),經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算SDJ-150型可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)經(jīng)改造后可以實(shí)現(xiàn)平面轉(zhuǎn)彎運(yùn)行。通過(guò)對(duì)SDJ-150可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行的改造使其能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)平面轉(zhuǎn)彎運(yùn)行,解決了在特殊地質(zhì)條件下,單臺(tái)帶式輸送機(jī)自然轉(zhuǎn)向問(wèn)題,同時(shí)減少了設(shè)備的數(shù)量、減少初期投資和減少巷道開(kāi)拓量,使運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)變得簡(jiǎn)單便于維護(hù),從而發(fā)揮了SDJ-150可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),滿(mǎn)足了高產(chǎn)高效的要求,同時(shí)也表明,普通帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)平面轉(zhuǎn)彎運(yùn)行是無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)載連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)彎運(yùn)輸合理設(shè)計(jì)方案。

Abstract
