摘要:我國(guó)改革開放以來,中小企業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康快速發(fā)展的主要力量之一。但中小企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中所遭遇的外部和內(nèi)部問題,卻使其缺乏可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,比較突出的一點(diǎn)就是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的偏低。90年代企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論提出以來,給傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論造成了強(qiáng)大的挑戰(zhàn),引起了經(jīng)濟(jì)理論界和企業(yè)界的極大反響,并在實(shí)踐中顯示了其旺盛的生命力。本文通過分析指出:我國(guó)中小企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育具有重要性,并著重指出從幾個(gè)方面培育我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力: 完善中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理,培育中小企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;加強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)營(yíng)銷管理,培養(yǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;增強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力;培育中小企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;加快中小企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)程,培育中小企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

Study on Cultivation of The core competence of Small and
medium-sized Enterprises In China
Abstract:Since the reform and opening-up of our country, small and medium-sized enterprises make considerable development, become the main strength of promoting our country's economy. But the outside and inside problem which small and medium-sized enterprises encounter in the course of developing make it lack sustainable development ability, the key point is the disappearance of competence. Since 1990 the core competence theory forms the strong challenge to the traditional enterprise's strategic management theory. Which have caused the economic theory circle and great response in the business circles, and has shown their vigorous vitality in practice. This text points out through analyzing: the core competence have importance and urgency of our country small and medium-sized enterprises, point out the cultivate of our country key competence of small and medium-sized enterprises from three respect emphatically:Regard key technological innovation as the breach, foster the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises; Strengthen the marketing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises; Structure the effective operating mechanism and environment of the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises. Core competence is unalterable, should be promoted constantly.
