摘 要
本課題結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,在農(nóng)用運(yùn)輸車的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)低速載貨汽車車架及懸架系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括:參與總體設(shè)計(jì);車架、懸架結(jié)構(gòu)型式分析和主要參數(shù)的確定;車架、懸架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程遵循以下原則和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):規(guī)范合理的型式和尺寸選擇,結(jié)構(gòu)和布置合理;保證整車良好的平順性能。工作可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,裝卸方便,便于維修、調(diào)整;盡量使用通用件,以便降低制造成本;在保證功能和強(qiáng)度的要求下,盡量減小整備質(zhì)量。
低速載貨汽車上用得比較廣泛的是邊梁式車架和非獨(dú)立懸架,因?yàn)檫吜菏杰嚰芎头仟?dú)立懸架結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,比較經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用,便于維修和改裝??紤]到車架和懸架在整車設(shè)計(jì)中的作用,首先進(jìn)行了車架、懸架的總體設(shè)計(jì),然后對(duì)車架、懸架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)車架、懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了受力綜合分析,在次基礎(chǔ)上確定了它們的主要參數(shù)。

ABSTRACT
This topic combined production with the actual and based on the agriculture transport vehicle foundation, the low speed truck frame and suspension system have been designed. The main content of the design include: the design of the participation system, analysis of the structure pattern of the frame and suspension and determination of the main parameter, design of the structure of the frame and suspension.
During the entire design process, the principles and the technical standards are followed: the reasonable pattern and the size, the structure and arrangement; the good smooth performance of the entire vehicle; with reliable work, simple structure, loading and unloading, advantageous for the service and the adjustment; as far as possible general parts, in order to reduce the cost of the production, the function and the intensity request are guaranteed, the quality is reduced as far as possible.
The side frame and non- independent suspension are used quite widely on the low speed truck, because the side frame and non- independent suspension structure are simple, economical and practical, advantageous for the service and the refit. Considered the function of the frame and suspension in the entire vehicle design, firstly that the whole of the frame and suspension system is carried on designing, then the structure of the frame and suspension have been carried on designing, finally the stress generalized analysis of the structure of the frame and suspension has been carried on, their main parameter has been determined in the inferior foundation.
