摘要
為保證供電的質(zhì)量和電力系統(tǒng)可靠與經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行，各級(jí)調(diào)度中心必須及時(shí)了解各廠站端的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)信息，并及時(shí)發(fā)出準(zhǔn)確的調(diào)度命令，事故或異常時(shí)，采取果斷的應(yīng)急措施，避免事故或異常的擴(kuò)大和發(fā)展。遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)終端（RTU）就是安裝在各廠站端，RTU采集所在發(fā)電廠活變電站表征電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的模擬量和狀態(tài)量,監(jiān)視并向調(diào)度中心傳送這些模擬量和狀態(tài)量,執(zhí)行調(diào)度中心發(fā)往所在發(fā)電廠或變電站的控制和調(diào)節(jié)命令.
本文詳細(xì)論述了遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)終端的功能結(jié)構(gòu)，工作原理，硬件電路以及部分軟件程序。遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源及預(yù)處理，標(biāo)度變換，遙測(cè)信息和遙信信息采集電路。整個(gè)遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)中斷由一片8051單片機(jī)控制，包括遙測(cè)量和遙信量采集軟件以及串行通信軟件。這種形式的RTU的發(fā)展得益于微型計(jì)算機(jī)的進(jìn)步與普及，由存儲(chǔ)在ROM存儲(chǔ)器（通常為EPROM或EEPROM）中的程序控制裝置各部門(mén)器件的配合，完成預(yù)定的功能。計(jì)算機(jī)式RTU，它的輸入輸出部分的信息量總數(shù)按照遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)的實(shí)際需要適當(dāng)配置。無(wú)論是在廠站端，還是調(diào)度端，當(dāng)需要進(jìn)行功能擴(kuò)展時(shí)，只需增添相應(yīng)的接口和外圍設(shè)備，對(duì)于程序也只需修改遙測(cè)、遙信、遙控、遙調(diào)的信息數(shù)量，很同意實(shí)現(xiàn)。計(jì)算機(jī)遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)裝置的硬件和軟件都按功能劃分成模塊，各模塊可以組合使用，適應(yīng)不同的工作方式。
