摘 要:當前世界已然是一個知識經濟的時代，在二十一世紀的今天知識的重要性不言而喻，隨著中國加入世界貿易組織，與知識產權有關的一切都被越來越多的國人所關注。中國的知識產權法發(fā)展迅速，民間文學的知識產權也受到了重視。各方人士都在為更好的保護傳承我們的民間文學而努力。民間文學哺養(yǎng)著人民的精神世界。其重要性是不言而喻，保護好它能更利于我們的文化傳承利于創(chuàng)造更美好的未來。彝族的民間文學是彝族人民的文化之源，是彝族文化的寶藏。彝族民間文學的價值在新的歷史條件下有待開發(fā)與保護。世界知識產權戰(zhàn)略下的今天，彝族民間文學的保護要通過相關知識產權的保護才是順應時代發(fā)展的需要，才是真正為彝族民間文學的未來打開保護傘。

Its importance is self-evident can protect it more conducive to our culture inheritance to create a bright future.
