摘 要:當(dāng)前世界已然是一個知識經(jīng)濟的時代，在二十一世紀(jì)的今天知識的重要性不言而喻，隨著中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織，與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)有關(guān)的一切都被越來越多的國人所關(guān)注。中國的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法發(fā)展迅速，民間文學(xué)的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)也受到了重視。各方人士都在為更好的保護(hù)傳承我們的民間文學(xué)而努力。民間文學(xué)哺養(yǎng)著人民的精神世界。其重要性是不言而喻，保護(hù)好它能更利于我們的文化傳承利于創(chuàng)造更美好的未來。彝族的民間文學(xué)是彝族人民的文化之源，是彝族文化的寶藏。彝族民間文學(xué)的價值在新的歷史條件下有待開發(fā)與保護(hù)。世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略下的今天，彝族民間文學(xué)的保護(hù)要通過相關(guān)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)才是順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的需要，才是真正為彝族民間文學(xué)的未來打開保護(hù)傘。
