1.起動機額定功率參數(shù)的選擇
1.1 起動機驅(qū)動發(fā)動機的最低工作轉(zhuǎn)速。
起動機必須具有使發(fā)動機發(fā)動的最低工作轉(zhuǎn)速,即為起動機的額定轉(zhuǎn)速,而起動機的額定功率P決定于發(fā)動機的最低起動轉(zhuǎn)速(單位:r/min)和起動阻力鉅(單位:Nm),即:P≥(×)/9549.3KW。
發(fā)動機一經(jīng)確定,發(fā)動機的啟動阻力矩和最低起動轉(zhuǎn)速也就已經(jīng)確定。根據(jù)汽化條件,汽油發(fā)動機在0~20度時的最低起動轉(zhuǎn)速一般為35 r/ min~40 r/ min ,為了在更低的溫度下保證起動的可靠性及考慮各種損耗 ,以便在第 1 次爆震后能使發(fā)動機正常工作 ,一般取汽油發(fā)動機的最低起動轉(zhuǎn)速為50r/ min~70 r/ min ; 柴油發(fā)動機靠壓縮點火 ,最低的起動轉(zhuǎn)速要高一些。因為轉(zhuǎn)速低時,由于壓縮時間長 , 散熱、漏氣增加 ,就會使壓縮行程終了時空氣溫度降低,使燃料不易點燃 ,所以柴油機的最低起動轉(zhuǎn)速比汽油機要高,其值隨發(fā)動機形式的不同而不同, 一般為 100 r/ min ~200 r/ min , 再根據(jù)選擇好的起動機驅(qū)動齒輪與發(fā)動機的齒環(huán)的最佳傳動比i (如奧迪轎車的最佳傳動比為 1511) ,即可計算出起動機驅(qū)動發(fā)動機的最低驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)速 。即:
