1.起動(dòng)機(jī)額定功率參數(shù)的選擇
1.1 起動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最低工作轉(zhuǎn)速。
起動(dòng)機(jī)必須具有使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)的最低工作轉(zhuǎn)速,即為起動(dòng)機(jī)的額定轉(zhuǎn)速,而起動(dòng)機(jī)的額定功率P決定于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最低起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速(單位:r/min)和起動(dòng)阻力鉅(單位:Nm),即:P≥(×)/9549.3KW。
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一經(jīng)確定,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的啟動(dòng)阻力矩和最低起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速也就已經(jīng)確定。根據(jù)汽化條件,汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在0~20度時(shí)的最低起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速一般為35 r/ min~40 r/ min ,為了在更低的溫度下保證起動(dòng)的可靠性及考慮各種損耗 ,以便在第 1 次爆震后能使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)正常工作 ,一般取汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最低起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速為50r/ min~70 r/ min ; 柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)靠壓縮點(diǎn)火 ,最低的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速要高一些。因?yàn)檗D(zhuǎn)速低時(shí),由于壓縮時(shí)間長(zhǎng) , 散熱、漏氣增加 ,就會(huì)使壓縮行程終了時(shí)空氣溫度降低,使燃料不易點(diǎn)燃 ,所以柴油機(jī)的最低起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速比汽油機(jī)要高,其值隨發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)形式的不同而不同, 一般為 100 r/ min ~200 r/ min , 再根據(jù)選擇好的起動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的齒環(huán)的最佳傳動(dòng)比i (如奧迪轎車的最佳傳動(dòng)比為 1511) ,即可計(jì)算出起動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最低驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速 。即:
