摘要 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)測(cè)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)難以滿足現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)多源數(shù)據(jù)、復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)格式的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了基于SIP的智能測(cè)控平臺(tái),建立基于SIP的智能測(cè)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其智能接入、自我描述能力的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、存在告知、異步事件通告、在線設(shè)備控制等功能進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。實(shí)踐證明,該智能測(cè)控平臺(tái)較傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁有更完善的功能和更優(yōu)秀的性能。

隨著現(xiàn)代解調(diào)器制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,分配區(qū)間變得越來(lái)越廣泛,加工對(duì)象也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,而生產(chǎn)過(guò)程及設(shè)備的罕見(jiàn)的情況則更為復(fù)雜。多數(shù)據(jù)源傳感器與多數(shù)據(jù)融合遙感的創(chuàng)造致使解調(diào)器生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中測(cè)量的要求較高,角度更多,多位置測(cè)量和控制更為重要。這就要求更好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)、應(yīng)用環(huán)境和更方便的測(cè)量和控制操作模式。 SIP是用于生產(chǎn)、修訂和結(jié)束一個(gè)或多個(gè)參與者之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)IP基礎(chǔ)。該會(huì)話描述是支持IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的會(huì)議和談判機(jī)制的,而一組兼容性數(shù)據(jù)的一致是在參與者之間的溝通協(xié)議下建立,并制造出連接后協(xié)議。作為一個(gè)新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)協(xié)議,SIP在過(guò)去數(shù)年發(fā)展迅速,它具有以下特點(diǎn) ......
Design of SIP—Based Multi—model Intelligent Measuring and Control Platform
【Abstract】 Aimed at the difficulty that the traditional measuring and control network is difficult to meet the demand of multi-source data and complex type data in dern manufacturing industry. A SIP-based intelligent measuring and control platform are designsed ,established the SIP—based intelligent measuring and contro1 network architecture,and planed its functions such as intelligent accessing, self-description ability of data transmission, existence notification mechanism ,asynchronous event notification mechanism, online device control mechanism and so on.The practice indicates that this intelligent measuring and control platform has a more perfect function and performance compared with the traditional measuring and control network.
