人事管理系統(tǒng)
摘要：

人事管理信息系統(tǒng)是為了提高企業(yè)人事管理、簡(jiǎn)化人事資料流程的一個(gè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)是在基于Windows操作系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的Microsoft studio7.0開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境下開(kāi)發(fā)的。其囊括了對(duì)員工的資料管理的基本操作功能。如： 權(quán)限管理、部門設(shè)置、員工檔案管理、人事變更管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理。該系統(tǒng)能記錄和管理員工的個(gè)人基本信息，能大大減輕人事部門的管理工作，方便、快捷、安全的完成員工人事管理工作。在方便人事管理的同時(shí)，為了保證管理信息的準(zhǔn)確性、實(shí)時(shí)性、決策性，鑒于該系統(tǒng)是服務(wù)于管理工作的，因此本系統(tǒng)業(yè)也進(jìn)行了權(quán)限管理設(shè)計(jì)。
基于系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程是根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需要而結(jié)合軟件工程的基本開(kāi)發(fā)步驟設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的。論文在論述時(shí)嚴(yán)格按照開(kāi)發(fā)流程，以有詳有略，層次分明、重點(diǎn)突出的原則，從問(wèn)題定義、需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)到編碼、測(cè)試的順序進(jìn)行分析論述的，給系統(tǒng)一個(gè)清晰、全面地說(shuō)明。有利于系統(tǒng)將來(lái)的擴(kuò)充及完善。

Administrative system of the personnel
Abstract :
The management information system of the personnel is for a system that improved enterprise's personnel management , simplified the personnel materials procedure. This system is Microsoft studio based on Windows operating system platform. Develop under 0 development environments. It has included basic operation function of materials management to the staff. For instance: Authority management , department set up , staff's file administration , personnel change management , data base administration. System this can write down and manage individual basic message of staff , can lighten the management of the personnel department greatly, completion personnel managements of staff of the convenient , swift , security. While facilitating personnel management, in order to guarantee to manage accuracy of information , real-time character , policy-making, seeing that this system serves the management, this system industry designs authority management
On the basis of course that system develop being to combine basic development step of soft project is it develop to design on the basis of need of work of reality. The thesis, according to the procedure of developing strictly while expounding the fact, in order to slightly have in details, well arranged principles with outstanding focal point, define from question , demand analyse , not overall to design , it is expound the fact to analyse to go on to code , order that test to design in detail, for a clarity , prove in an all-round way. Favorable to the system expansion and perfection in the future.
