Abstract:
Tolerance design, including toleranc e analysis and distribution, is an important part of the electronic system’s reli-ability design. The traditional design needs to construct mathema tic model of material circuit, which involves large amount of workload and lacks of practicability. This paper discusses the basic theory of electronic system’s reliability tolerance design and presents a new design method based on EDA (Electronic Design Automatic) software. This method has been validated through the
application research on reliability tolerance design of the DC hybrid contactor’s control circuit.

摘要:容錯(cuò)設(shè)計(jì),包括容錯(cuò)分析與分配,是電子系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計(jì)中一個(gè)重要的組成部分。在傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中需要對(duì)物理線路建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,這其中包含了巨大的工作量并且缺乏實(shí)用性。在該篇論文中,將討論電子系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性容錯(cuò)設(shè)計(jì)并且提出一種基于EDA(電子設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)化)軟件的新方法。該方法已經(jīng)在直流混合開關(guān)控制電路的穩(wěn)定性容錯(cuò)設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用研究中得以驗(yàn)證通過。
