在信息時(shí)代，先進(jìn)的通信工具、計(jì)算機(jī)、錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)使得信息變得更加透明，使競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)，把不同地區(qū)現(xiàn)有實(shí)物存在的資源迅速整合成一種無圍墻、無限介入、超越空間約束的臨時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織，實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)、資金與人才的資源共享、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)，以最快的速度適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求推出高質(zhì)量、低成本產(chǎn)品的虛擬運(yùn)作，這種虛擬運(yùn)作產(chǎn)生了虛擬管理。本文將從網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)管理的內(nèi)涵；網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)管理與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)管理的區(qū)別；網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)；網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的特點(diǎn)；網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)文化分析；網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)人力資源特點(diǎn)分析等方面論述網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬企業(yè)管理的內(nèi)涵及本質(zhì)。

ABSTRACT:
With the development at full speed of information tool , computer , network technology, the fictitious business administration of network will become the new development trend of management. At information age, advanced communication tool , computer , intricate information network make information more transparent, make the competition fiercer. Utilize network , formate different area existing resource that material object exist one have enclosure , get involved , surmount temporary network that space restrain from not to organize limitlessly exactly rapidly, realize the resource-sharing , mutual supplement with each other's advantages of the technology , fund and talent, meet the fictitious operation that market demand puts out high quality , low cost products at fastest speed, such fictitious operation has been produced and managed fictitiously. This text will be from the intension of fictitious business administration of network; Network fictitious business administration and difference of traditional business administration; The advantage of fictitious business administration of network and inferior position; Characteristic of fictitious enterprise's strategic management of the network; Fictitious corporate culture analysis of the network; Network fictitious enterprise human resources characteristic person who analyse respect expound the fact network fictitious intension and essence of business administration.
