摘要
每個(gè)時(shí)代都有其主要能源,它們?yōu)槿藗兊纳a(chǎn)生活提供源源不斷的能量,人類的發(fā)展離不開能源。煤、石油、天燃?xì)馊竽茉吹拈_發(fā)利用對(duì)環(huán)境危害極大,開發(fā)新能源、清潔能源、可再生能源的呼聲越來越大,新能源的開發(fā)迫不及待。波浪發(fā)電機(jī)構(gòu)利用的是波浪能,清潔可再生,波浪能源儲(chǔ)量巨大,據(jù)估計(jì)全世界可開發(fā)利用的波浪能達(dá)20億KW,我國(guó)可利用平均功率0.23億KW,因此波浪發(fā)電機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)有很高的價(jià)值。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用震蕩浮子式采集波浪能,浮倉(cāng)用塑料PE制成,浮倉(cāng)上固定有一排可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)棘爪。兩個(gè)浮倉(cāng)兩個(gè)棘爪布置在棘輪兩邊,棘爪的上下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換成棘輪的單項(xiàng)旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),再通過聯(lián)軸器和增速器把旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)到發(fā)電機(jī)上。浮倉(cāng)所受浮力可以通過注水量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),浮倉(cāng)只能在框架內(nèi)隨波浪做上下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。變速器可以使轉(zhuǎn)速提高到發(fā)電機(jī)所需額定轉(zhuǎn)速,帶傳動(dòng)使傳遞到發(fā)電機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)更平穩(wěn)。發(fā)電裝置用支架固定在淺海,根據(jù)深度制造支承架,零件需要進(jìn)行防腐處理。
該方案是純粹的機(jī)械方式捕獲和傳動(dòng)波浪能,這樣波浪能的利用率比較高,生產(chǎn)成本低,對(duì)環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,波浪能利用率可達(dá)94%以上,比其他波浪發(fā)電高30%到60%。

Every era has its main energy,human's development can not be separated from energy because they are provide a steady stream of energy for people's production and living.Exploit the three major energy of coal,oil,natural gas were serious harm to the environment. The calls of research new energy,clean energy,renewable energy becoming more and more higher,the development of new energy can not wait any more.Wave power institutions is use wave energy,clean and renewable ,and huge wave energy reserves.It is estimated that it has 20KW wave energy can be use,only China has 0.23KW,so the research of wave power machine has a high value.
This design is uses the shock float acquisition wave energy,the float made of plastic PE.A row of rotatable pawl is fixed on the float.Two float and two pawl are arranged on both sides of the ratchet.The pawl's vertical reciprocating movement switch to individual rotational motion of the ratchet.And then the rotational movement spread through the coupling and growth generator.We can adjust the buoyancy force by the amount of water which injected in the floating.The floating can only up and down with the waves within the frame. Transmission make the speed to the rated speed for the generator.And the belt drive make the movement more stable.The electric power generation device in the shallow water via a bracket,according to the depth of water to manufactured the bracket,and all the parts required for corrosion resistance.
This program is purely mechanical way to capture and transmission wave energy,by this way,the wave energy utilization is will be more higher,at the same time ,lower production coasts and easier to adapt to the environment .
According to the design calculations,wave energy utilization up to 94%,30%-60% higher than other wave power .
