摘 要

斗輪堆取料機(jī)是一種高效率的連續(xù)裝卸設(shè)備,被廣泛應(yīng)用在火電廠、港口碼頭、鋼鐵冶金、礦山、建材水泥、化工、煤炭與焦化廠等原料儲(chǔ)運(yùn)場,可實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭、礦石、化工原料等散狀物料的堆取、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、裝卸的連續(xù)作業(yè)。
帶式輸送機(jī)是斗輪堆取料機(jī)中重要環(huán)節(jié),在其它方面也廣泛應(yīng)用。帶式輸送機(jī)是現(xiàn)代物料連續(xù)運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾O(shè)備,是連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的無端輸送帶運(yùn)送貨物的機(jī)械,用膠帶作為輸送帶的帶式輸送機(jī)稱為膠帶輸送機(jī),簡稱膠帶機(jī)。它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低、運(yùn)輸距離長、效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。其主要用于冶金、采礦、煤炭、電站、港口以及工業(yè)企業(yè)。它將為我國各礦業(yè)裝卸工作的機(jī)械化、現(xiàn)代化作出越來越大的貢獻(xiàn)。
本文主要介紹了斗輪堆取料機(jī)中的運(yùn)輸皮帶機(jī)。首先,介紹了帶式輸送機(jī)的工作特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展概況、工作原理,分類;其次,介紹了膠帶的摩擦傳動(dòng)原理;最后,根據(jù)帶式輸送機(jī)的工作條件對(duì)其計(jì)算,其中對(duì)傳動(dòng)部分的減速器部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,簡單分析了皮帶跑偏及撒料的原因和解決方法,又介紹了其他幾種形式的皮帶機(jī)。
