摘 要

組合機床是有大量的通用部件和少量的專用部件組成的工序集中的高效率機床,它具有生產(chǎn)率高,加工精度穩(wěn)定等特點。組合機床的設(shè)計、制造和應(yīng)用水平是一個國家科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的重要體現(xiàn)。
組合機床的研制和推廣,是加速機械工業(yè)技術(shù)革命的有效途徑之一,是機械工業(yè),特別是汽車、拖拉機、電機、儀表等生產(chǎn)部門進(jìn)行機床革新,推動重要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備發(fā)展。因此,近年來組合機床的設(shè)計和制造水平在我國得到了飛速發(fā)展,組合機床的應(yīng)用在我國得到廣泛的提高。
本次設(shè)計的內(nèi)容是多工位立式組合機床,它主要用來加工減震器活塞上的八個大孔和八個小孔。我在此設(shè)計過程中主要進(jìn)行了主軸箱的設(shè)計。
主軸箱是組合機床的主要部件之一。按專用要求進(jìn)行設(shè)計,由通用零件組成。其主要作用是根據(jù)被加工零件的加工要求,安排各主軸位置,并將動力和運動由電機或動力部件傳給各工作主鈾,使之得到要求的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向。
主軸箱的設(shè)計主要包括主軸箱結(jié)構(gòu)繪制、主軸箱設(shè)計原始依據(jù)圖、主軸結(jié)構(gòu)形式的選擇以及動力計算、傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與計算、主軸箱坐標(biāo)計算以及主軸箱總圖設(shè)計,部分軸、齒輪的校核等

Abstract

The combinational machine tool is composed of many common parts and a small number of specical components and whose production process is the craft focussed and high in efficiency. The combinational machine of the design, manufacture and application of level is a national science and technology of level an important manifestation. The combinational machine of the development and promotion ,is to accelerate the Machinery Industry of technological revolution one of the effective ways ,is the machinery industry, especially cars, tractors, motors, instruments of production sector of the machine tools innovation , and promote the key production equipment of development. Therefore, the combinational machine tools in recent years the level of design and manufacturing in China has been developing rapidly, the combination of machine tools in China is widely used in the improvement.
The content designing that is an upright combinational multistation machine tool, it is used to process eight big holes and eight pinholes on shock absorber piston mainly. I design the design having carried out a main spindle box's mainly in process here.
This design's content is vertical Multi-locations combinational machine tool, it is mainly used to process eight big holes and eight small holes on shock absorber piston. I have mainly designed a main spindle box in the design's process.
The spindle box that is designed according to special demanding is one of the critical piece of the combinational machine tool , is composed of the common part . According to the parts processed request, it is arranged various main axles position, and is used to pass the power and the movement to various labor by the motor or the power unit, to obtain the request rotational speed and to change rotation.
The spindle box design mainly includes the spindle box structure drawing, the spindle box design primitive chart, the main axle structural style choice as well as the power calculation, transmission system's design and the calculation, the spindle box coordinate calculation as well as the spindle box assembly drawing design, some shaft, gear Checking and so on
