摘要
組合機(jī)床是隨著生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展由萬(wàn)能機(jī)床和專(zhuān)用機(jī)床發(fā)展來(lái)的。組合機(jī)床是按照高度工序集中的原則設(shè)計(jì)的,即一臺(tái)機(jī)床上可以同時(shí)完成許多同一工序或多種不同工序的加工。組合機(jī)床分大型組合機(jī)床和小型組合機(jī)床兩大類(lèi)。按配置形式分為為單工位和多工位機(jī)床兩大類(lèi)。
組合機(jī)床是由大量的通用部件和少量的專(zhuān)用部件組成的工序集中的高效率機(jī)床。它具有生產(chǎn)效率高,加工精度穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)介紹了減震器活塞及支撐座上雙面活塞八個(gè)大孔和八個(gè)小孔的多工位立式組合鉆床的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。它包括組合鉆床的總體設(shè)計(jì),主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)和夾具的設(shè)計(jì)三大部分。前者包括組合鉆床的總體設(shè)計(jì),切削用量的制定及刀具的選擇,三圖一卡(被加工零件的工序圖,加工示意圖,機(jī)床聯(lián)系尺寸圖,機(jī)床生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算卡)編制。中間包括主軸箱的結(jié)構(gòu)繪制,主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)原始依據(jù)圖,主軸結(jié)構(gòu)形式的選擇及動(dòng)力計(jì)算。后者包括工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)和夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。我主要設(shè)計(jì)的是回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)?;剞D(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)主要是工作臺(tái)的分度與定位原理的設(shè)計(jì)與液壓傳動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)。

This design introduces to flap the machine piston and pay the design process that a sign type of many works combination of accept the up two-

attachment design ,the three greatest parts .the former includes the combination to drill the total design of bed. Slicing the establishment and
