摘 要
   
   隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,節(jié)省空間,提高生產(chǎn)效率,在生產(chǎn)上越來(lái)越重要,纜索的生產(chǎn),由于場(chǎng)地有限,生產(chǎn)量增多,需設(shè)計(jì)一種雙層線盤,本課題的具體任務(wù)如下:1、課題的調(diào)研、資料的獲取、有關(guān)知識(shí)的準(zhǔn)備等 。2、分析雙層線盤的運(yùn)動(dòng)要求,整體結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)。3、能夠滿足雙層線盤放線方便,實(shí)現(xiàn)上盤和下盤運(yùn)動(dòng)互不干涉,分開(kāi)制動(dòng);設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)裝置,當(dāng)下盤線用完時(shí),上盤線容易下放到下盤。4、完成雙層線盤結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。5、進(jìn)行必要的強(qiáng)度和結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析。
   研究的初期,要進(jìn)行調(diào)研,線圈的重量,大小,轉(zhuǎn)盤運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的速度,需要達(dá)到的要求,單層線盤的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),材料。雙層線盤的設(shè)計(jì)是精益生產(chǎn)的一小部分,是下料生產(chǎn)線的主要部分。設(shè)計(jì)雙層線盤就是為了減少時(shí)間和空間上的浪費(fèi),同時(shí)還可以加大生產(chǎn)量。最終設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)如圖2.4所示,采用蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)裝置來(lái)下放線盤,各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)大部分運(yùn)用了型鋼加工而成或焊接組成的。

    Abstract
   
   With the development of economy, saving a space and improving the production efficiency are more and more important in the production. Due to the limited space and increased production, the production of cable needs to design a kind of double the wire disc. the subject of the specific task as follows: 1.The subject of research, data acquisition, the preparation of knowledge. 2. Double the wire disc movement analysis requirements and the overall structure planning and design. 3. Can satisfy the double line dish of pay-off is convenient, which can realize the plate and the footwall on mutual non-interference movement, separate braking; Design transmission device, when footwall line is used up, the upper plate can put down on the line. 4. Complete double the wire disc structure design. 5. Make the necessary strength and the structure stress analysis.
   In the early stages of the study, I want to undertake investigation and research, such as the weight of the coil, the size, the speed of the rotary operation, the requirements of the need to achieve, single line dish design structure, material. Double the wire disc design is a small part of the lean production; the material is the main part of the production line. Design double the wire disc is to reduce the waste of time and space, also can increase the production. The structure of the final design shown in figure 2.4, people can use the worm gear and worm drive devices to put down the wire, each of the steel structure by processing from or welding of.
