摘要:顆粒狀糖果包裝機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)是典型的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),它不僅包括機(jī)構(gòu)的尺寸、強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì),還包 括了傳動(dòng)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是針對(duì)圓臺(tái)柱狀巧克力糖的鋁箔紙包裝。設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容有三 方面:設(shè)計(jì)方案設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械手及進(jìn)出糖機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)。
機(jī)械手及進(jìn)出糖機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是本設(shè)計(jì)功能能否執(zhí)行的靈魂,它也是本設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)之一。它 要實(shí)現(xiàn)巧克力糖的輸入、折邊、抄底邊、等等功能,直到最后由輸送帶輸出。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn) 中,機(jī)械手要實(shí)現(xiàn)的是夾糖、折邊、轉(zhuǎn)送等重要功能,因此對(duì)機(jī)械手的形狀、夾緊力及轉(zhuǎn)位角度 也提出了不同的設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械手時(shí),也始終回繞著這幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行。 傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),作為一個(gè)動(dòng)作執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),動(dòng)力是必不可少的,當(dāng)然對(duì)動(dòng)力的傳遞系統(tǒng)也就顯得 尤其重要了。系統(tǒng)功能中要實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械手轉(zhuǎn)位、送糖盤(pán)轉(zhuǎn)位、供紙、剪紙、抄紙、接糖、頂糖及撥
糖等功能,它們都需要不同大小的動(dòng)力,這就需要傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)。如在機(jī)械手的轉(zhuǎn)位功能中, 為實(shí)現(xiàn)間歇的轉(zhuǎn)位功能就得通過(guò)傳動(dòng)鏈中的槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),該機(jī)構(gòu)要保證機(jī)械手在轉(zhuǎn)到位后, 有一定的停留時(shí)間,從而為頂糖、接糖及撥糖功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供必要的機(jī)械動(dòng)作執(zhí)行時(shí)間。設(shè)計(jì)好 的包裝機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)正常的生產(chǎn)率為 120r/min,且其生產(chǎn)率可在 70~130r/min.

Abstract: The grain candy packer design is a typical machine system design.
It not only included the organization's size, strength...etc. the design. And
it still included the design of the transmission system. This design primarily aims at the circle pillar chocolates' aluminum foil packing. The design only contents contain three sides: Design project design, machine hand and I/O sugar mechanism design and the transmission system design.
It is Soul whether the function of the machine hand and I/O sugar mechanism’s design can carry out in this design. It is also one of the design points of this design. It wants to realize the importation, fold of the chocolates the sides, etc. the function. Until it finally be output by belt conveyer. In whole system function realizes, the machine hand realizes many important function, for example: clip the sugar, fold of the chocolates the sides, transfer...etc. Therefore to the shape of the machine hand, clip the tight dint and turn the angle also bring upped the different design request. When designed the machine hand, it is also proceeding with the center of these points.
System, motive is necessary. Certainly it is particularly important of
the power transmission system. In the system function, it must realize moving
the machine hand, moving the sugar dish, providing the paper, cutting paper, curling, connecting the sugar, crest the sugar and dialing the sugar etc. All these functions need the different power. It can be controlled with the transmission system. Such as the function of turning machine hand, for realizing a function of intermittent turning it needs the sheave of the transmission to regulate. After the machine turned the assurance position,
the mechanism wants to have certainly stop over time, it can take enough time
to crest sugar, connect the sugar and dial sugar. The transmission system still guaranteed the normal rate of production of packer to 120 r/ min .At
the same time it can be controlled the rate of production at 70 ~ 130 r/ min. Key words: Packer, chocolates packing, machine hand.

摘要:顆粒狀糖果包裝機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)是典型的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),它不僅包括機(jī)構(gòu)的尺寸、強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì),還包 括了傳動(dòng)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是針對(duì)圓臺(tái)柱狀巧克力糖的鋁箔紙包裝。設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容有三 方面:設(shè)計(jì)方案設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械手及進(jìn)出糖機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract: The grain candy packer design is a typical machine system design.
