摘要:本文首先對液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行工況分析,通過分析計(jì)算,繪制速度、負(fù)載循環(huán)圖,初步選定液壓缸工作壓力,并計(jì)算加緊液壓缸和工作缸尺寸以及各階段流經(jīng)液壓缸的流量;其次根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)供油方式、調(diào)速方式、速度換接方式以及加緊回路的選擇擬定液壓系統(tǒng)圖,并且對系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)分析;再次通過對流通各元件的的流量的計(jì)算,合理選擇液壓系統(tǒng)元件;最后通過對壓力損失和系統(tǒng)升溫的驗(yàn)算,對液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能分析,達(dá)到要求。
