摘 要
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容:設(shè)計(jì)“調(diào)速杠桿”零件的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程及工藝裝備,并繪制出調(diào)速杠桿零件圖、毛坯圖、夾具裝配圖,填寫工藝卡片,編制課程設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)。
設(shè)計(jì)意義:通過(guò)該課程設(shè)計(jì),將所學(xué)理論與生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合, 鍛煉了自己分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中我獨(dú)立地分析和解決了零件機(jī)械制造的工藝問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)床專用夾具這一典型的工藝裝備,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)能力,為今后的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)及對(duì)自己未來(lái)將從事的工作進(jìn)行了一次適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練,從而打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
Abstract
Design: Design "Speed leverage" of mechanical parts and order processing technology and equipment, and spare parts to map out plans speed lever, rough maps, fixture assembly plans to fill in the card technology, the preparation of curriculum design specification.
Design significance: the adoption of the curriculum design, the theory and practice of production, tempered their own analysis of issues, problem-solving skills, I am in the process of analyzing and solving independent parts Machinery Manufacturing Technology, a machine tool design Fixture for the typical process equipment, and improve the structure of design capability for future graduates to design their own future and will be engaged in the work of a adaptability training, thus laying a good foundation.
