摘 要
模具是制造業(yè)的重要工藝基礎(chǔ),在我國(guó),模具制造屬于專(zhuān)用設(shè)備制造業(yè)。中國(guó)雖然很早就開(kāi)始制造模具和使用模具,但長(zhǎng)期未形成產(chǎn)業(yè)。直到20世紀(jì)80年代后期,中國(guó)模具工業(yè)才駛?cè)氚l(fā)展的快車(chē)道。近年,不僅國(guó)有模具企業(yè)有了很大發(fā)展,三資企業(yè)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)模具企業(yè)的發(fā)展也相當(dāng)迅速。冷沖壓模具在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中具有很重要的作用,其在機(jī)械制造、電子、電器 等各行各業(yè)中都有廣泛的應(yīng)用。用冷沖壓加工方法可以得到形狀復(fù)雜、用其它加工方法難以加工的工件,如薄殼零件等。冷沖壓的尺寸精度是由模具保證的,因此,尺寸穩(wěn)定,互換性好。
多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模是在普通級(jí)進(jìn)模的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的精密、高效、高壽命的先進(jìn)模具。多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模在不同的工位可以連續(xù)完成復(fù)雜零件的沖裁、彎曲、拉深、翻孔、翻邊及其它成形等工序。主要用于生產(chǎn)批量大、材料厚度較薄、形狀復(fù)雜、精度要求較高的中小型沖壓件的生產(chǎn)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)以N5汽車(chē)前門(mén)后視鏡支承板級(jí)進(jìn)模具設(shè)計(jì)為題,內(nèi)容包括產(chǎn)品的工藝分析和設(shè)計(jì)模具的整個(gè)沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)的流程。首先,從該產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)入手,通過(guò)進(jìn)行工藝分析,確定該制件的加工流程,用一套級(jí)進(jìn)模依次完成沖孔、裁剪、彎曲沖壓、沖孔沖裁落料。闡述了本次支承板零件級(jí)進(jìn)模具的整體結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及工作過(guò)程,應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題和裝配工藝性。重點(diǎn)分析了浮動(dòng)托料導(dǎo)向裝置和安全保護(hù)裝置設(shè)計(jì)原理與過(guò)程。送料裝置與安全保護(hù)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)是本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),它在未來(lái)的模具發(fā)展中具有重要的實(shí)用性。

Abstract
The mold is the manufacturing industry important craft foundation, in our country, the mold manufacture belongs to the special purpose equipment manufacturing industry. China although very already starts to make the mold and the use mold, but long-term has not formed the industry. Straight stabs 20 centuries 80's later periods, the Chinese mold industry only then drives into the development speedway. Recent years, not only the state-owned mold enterprise had the very big development, the three investments enterprise, the villages and towns the mold enterprise's development also quite rapid. Cold stamping die has a very important role in modern industry, machinery manufacturing, electronics, appliances and other industries. Cold stamping method can be complex shape, with other processing methods are difficult to process work pieces, such as the shell parts, etc. Cold stamping molds to ensure dimensional accuracy, therefore, dimensional stability, interchangeability.
Multi-position into modules are o-level into mode in the developed on the basis of precision, high efficiency, high life-span advanced mold. Multi-position into the mold in different location can continuously complete complex components cutting, bending, deep drawing, the hole flanging, flanging and other forming processes. Mainly for the production of batch big, material is very thin, complex shape, higher accuracy of small and medium-sized stamping production.
The graduation project Progressive N5 car front door mirror support plate mold design for the title, including the product of the process analysis and design of mold stamping die design process. First, starting from the features of the product, process analysis, to determine the processing flow of the parts, progressive die with a level in order to complete punching, cutting, bending stamping, punching and blanking. Described the overall structure and working process of the support plate part of the Progressive mold, should be noted that the assembly process. The focus of analysis of the design principles and processes of the floating material holding-oriented devices and safety protection devices. Feeding device and safety protection device design is the difficulty of the graduation project and innovation, it has important practical in the future mold development.
